In the video he mentioned a topic to be learned later which will explain it. Briefly, some male and female names don't take tanween and some, such as Ibraheem(u) which is a non-arab name will only have a single damma on the end. Such names also do not take all the changes in case ending for example for Muhammad (an Arab name) we will hear all the sounds of the different case endings - Muhammadun, Muhammadan, Muhammadin, whereas for Ibraheem, we will only hear the ending sounds Ibraheemu and Ibraheema - so no tanween and only two not three case ending sounds. I hope that makes sense and is helpful.
A beautiful question. Islam is 'submission' and is a state of being that practising muslims try every day to achieve. Allah (swt) created ALL languages we speak across the globe and He chose in His Wisdom to reveal His final revelation in Arabic to Arabs, at that particular time and place using His chosen servant and His final messenger, Muhammad, peace be upon him and on all Allah's other chosen prophets. The content of the message is for all of us... all of mankind. The language of Arabic has a beauty and depth I've not come across before and having started learning it for understanding the Qur'an (Allah's (swt) word) I've come to understand more about improving myself, our human condition and why we're all here. I hope all your questions find answers which satisfy and settle the heart. May Allah swt make that possible. Ameen Allah swt says in Qur'an, Chapter 14 Abraham, Verse 4. We have not sent any Messenger except with the language of the people so he can make things clear to them. Allah misguides anyone He Wills and Guides anyone He Wills. He is the Almighty, the All Wise.
I'm English born and bred... alhamdu lillah his English is no barrier at all to the information he is presenting sincerely for the Sake of Allah (swt). It's good for all of us to not let the negative traits we might feel or perceive in others affect the benefits made available to us through that sincerity, by the Grace of Allah (swt).

Why islam is in Arabic but not other languages
