What a lovely video. So nice to see you doing videos. Loved it when you came to Toronto and came to the Marilyn Denis Show and did some cooking. Beautiful recipe of Risotto. You certainly have a nice garden of flowers and fruits and vegetables. All the best. I have been following your cooking for many years.
GORGEOUS garden! I saw it in the background in one of your TV segments and thought 'I WISH she'd show more of the gardn!' I'm all in for this series. Thank you!
Wonderful to see and so great to see seasonal recipes 😍 you are so right, healthy ground and compost is the best for growing! Can’t wait to follow the journey ❤️
So enjoyed this peek at your beautiful farm, Clodagh. I have had a small kitchen/herb garden for a few years now, but just now trying my hand at growing from seed. Unfortunately, not much luck with several root veg or spinach...but I will keep trying. The peas, radish, rocket, and courgettes have really taken off though. The recipe sounds lovely. Keep the episodes coming!
Loved this. You are such an amazing chef. Excited to be going to Cork in the next couple of weeks from Canada. I have been watching you cook since you were dancing to the tunes in your kitchen.
