I used to Watch Love Connection whe I was young in the 1980's I think and I don't think they ever had any Gay Dates on the Show. Blind Date which was like Love Conneciton except they actually followed the Daters around and Video taped them, did have Gay Dates , if my memory serves me right. He was nasty to the girl, but I don't ever remember him ever saying on the Video that he was GAy or even Bi.

Just because you’re not sexually attracted to a gender, doesn’t give you the right to be so mean, devalue, gaslight, condescend. You can tell his behavior towards her from the beginning was hostile and not thinking much of her. This is just an opinion I have from my experience growing up with a gay older brother. They know they are different and don't want to be different. Maybe they can overcome this "thing" they see as being a problem. He was an ANGRY person. Not from us (his family) we didn't do anything to him.

I used to watch this show I feel like back in the mid 80's. I always thought Chuck was pretty cool and funny. I just got one of these videos in my recommended videos list and I've been binge watching watching them. I watch a lot of youtube vids and I hope I don't have a new addiction. But, I really liked and miss the 80's I wa born in 73 and the 80's were a very great time period for me. I don't love some of the styles and what was up with the 80's metal bands wardrobe and hair but the music was great, the movies were great, just a great time to be a kid.

That was really too bad, because she was, "Hot," and seemed really sweet on the show. Maybe this info will be enough of a clue for you about Erik Braverman.

@rosietheriveter1 rosie, back in the 90's, (and even today) one way to get into the industry was to get on a dating show or a game show. Erik was an aspiring producer back then so he was using the show as a stepping stone. Nowadays people go on reality shows to do the same thing.

I always watched “Love Connection” on Game Show Network and popular places that Chuck would mention include shopping malls, churches and amusement parks.
