I hv faced this issue. Pick time pe offline reheta hai..or sale zero tak chala gya..kafi bar complain kia tha.but solve nehi hua.
Location swiggy aur zomato decide karte hai zone ke hisab se aap alag location usme add nahi kar sakte….video ke bahar ki reality 💁

Sir It is becoming a new sense to work for Zomato & Swiggy & if you are not listed in Zomato/Swiggy then too it's like you are no one. A d now the new rule is if you are given 30 minutes you have to pack & hand over in 15 minutes. So please suggest some alternative way to run the food business.

Hey sir....me apne ghar business shuru krna chahti hu cloud kitchen. But mera swiggy registration nhi hora kyuki meri location woh 690m bata rahe h. isliye woh service nhi de rahe?? Please aap bataye kli tareeka h ki jisse woh ye problem theek krde or accept krle meri location?? Please batao.

Sir, maine apne outlet k actual menu se 25% zyda rates bdha k zomato k menu me daale hai, kya ye shi hai,kyoki maine dekha hai ki zomato ki commission 22% hai aur offers lagaane k baad zyda ho jaayegi is liye maine asa kiya.
Maine abhi start nhi kiya hai but kch dino me mera outlet live ho jaayega.

Very poor support from zomato, they dont even provide any ph no to resolve our issues.They dont even respond via emails very quickly.
