This video shows all the endings of REVEIL and how to unlock them. There are a total of five endings in the game, and each one will unlock a trophy/achievement. Additionally, completing all five endings will unlock the Multiverse trophy/achievement.

Escaped
Finish the game by using the "De-Imprinting" disk.
Stuck in a dream
Finish the game by using the "Tragic Tales" disk.
The good life therapy
Finish the game by using the "Good Life" disk.
Just get out of here
Finish the game by just leaving.
Killing headaches
Finish the game by doing nothing.
Multiverse
Complete the game with each possible ending.

This game would have beeb awesome if it weee actually scary, rather than just visually pleasing and good story telling.

Do you have to re do the whole game multiple times to get these achievements or can we keep loading the latest chapter and be sneaky haha?

You can keep loading the last checkpoint of chapter 5 and be sneaky 🙃 I suggest to do the third ending from this video first as you need to pick up the grey memory disc from the VERD room in the Facility. Or you do it later but you will have to start from the Facility checkpoint and not from the last checkpoint.
