How to add and edit auto captioned SUBTITLES on YouTube | Video tutorial by The Vlog Academy

Can you add and edit your subtitles after you've uploaded your video to UA-cam - yes you can!
And it's really straight forward.
Follow these steps and you'll get there.
To the left in your channel, you have an option to go to your Content and see all the videos you've created.
There you choose the video you want to have subtitles - click on Edit video.
Once you're on the next editing page, you have another menu to the left, where you'll see 'Subtitles'.
You can set your videos to auto subtitle in Eg UK English and it will already be there when you get there.
Now it's just a matter of editing the auto captions so you agree with them!
You can generate your own captions too.
