At the BARE MINIMUM wages, minus taxes, the guard card fees, the long hours due to officer demand, the fact that a man who worked with them for 11 years without ANY raises that weren’t required by law and risking your life every day with no weapons, you too, can be a Security officer for Securitas Security Services. This company hires on officers who are licensed and puts them through absolute HELL. Low pay, long hours, 3 steps of career advancement, you’re unarmed. It just isn’t morally worth it. I hate this job.
Just remember you have to be related to someone to get treated fairly. How does this company hire employees at armed sites Without doing appropriate background checks? For example how do they do background checks on people that aren't even from this country? Or how people that aren't even US citizens are licensed to carry a firearm? The Managers daughter Said this the United States is responsible for the destruction and terrorism in their country the United States should take responsibility for the death in their country. I called her the micro terrorist. After all when you earn the right to be in the country because someone blows your house up and speak It's like you're about to hijack a airplane. What if fantastic idea hurry up get them guns. Seriously!!!!!!!!
Lies lies lies!!! If they are considered customer service or concierge roles then security should get paid the same as a customer service rep or hotel front desk.
@Bookie Mendez very very true I used to work security for U.S security associates and I was treated unfairly,humility,under supplied,underpaid and over worked $7.25 and hour no benefit from the place I worked at $10 if I stayed long still wasn’t worth it was third sift which made it worse. After I left my site they were so desperate to keep because they were losing employees and customers left and right they got so desperate they started they pay at $11 an hour but still went under I was sold but that not the worst part I tried working at this securitas in Dallas same problem waste of time and money wasn’t even hired eventually they lost the contract jobs I want to work at how ironic. Now I hear there an identogo as well and getting bad reviews along side there security services.
Did you work for them in the DFW area? 7/23/2020 Officer Alex was right I just left there office and I feel disgusted on there staff management and down right care for any ones opinion or feelings. No sense of responsibility,disaplin. What a load of bull there just try to make them self look good on camera and to the public but really they could care less about there staff or the people interested in them. They don’t even pay on time one lady in they office told me she’s quitting that day. They don’t take responsibility for there own actions and make you feel like the bad guy I haven’t work here and I do t plan to anymore they have disappointed me for the last time. Enjoy going to unemployment office you’ll jerk wads will be there often.

Update securitas DFW lost 1/3 of there offices now there down to 2
