3:29 Quills was a production that started on stage & was adapted to film. I thought the stage production was far more exciting, thrilling, and "intimate". Big chunk of that was the casting though. The late & great actor Mark Margolis was the original Marquis De Sade but Geoffrey Rush played him on screen. Mark just has that ability to sell you the Darkside with his performance.
