I consider goku, meguna, and superman to be the top three on the roster, so the fact that cid is relative to them (and outright beats the breaks off meguna) is insane. Though it really does seem like cid is one of those type of charaters that can lose to lower tier charaters just as easily as he can run the fade with the strongest. Very dependent on the matchup
I wouldn't say getting goku to almost his final mode, and beating Vergil without Vergil using judgement cut, beating Sukuna in Domain, beating at least once Obito and Madara together, and making killua use his meter drain is "clapped" This man is a demon, and with the right scenario he could probably beat all of them, and if we gave him the crowbars or Shadow Garden, its all over for this roster. Magic Team might make a run with him at helm.
