Even though the dislike will likely to be removed, the toxic ppl are still here and won’t stop coming what. And thats something, UA-cam can make a video about to stop this issue. My idea is just to add a censor bot or something, tho they may find out on how to bypass it. It may just work. Just remember this Treat people how you want them to treat you as well.

An actual good reason for removing dislikes (that I can see youtube possibly implement) is that the algorithm is now gonna recommend videos with low dislike count. Currently both liking and disliking a video both helps the video get recommended as both are seen as viewer interaction, and I also think it is to make it more fair for people recieving a lot of hate etc. But removing the dislike count will allow them to use this info when recommending videos, without us knowing it basically.
No the dislikes are still there only UA-cam can see them so disliking still does the same thing

The Amazon analogy is a little weird because amazon has "review relevancy" that is super unfair. They say it factors stuff like age and trustworthiness, but I'm pretty sure they also factor in the positivity.

I haven't been able to see the dislikes for several weeks. The ratio just looks bad. It's just not worth it, even if there are less than 10 dislikes, it's still reassuring. I think this mostly limits feedback, and with youtube just being a place where people can share without censorship, it doesn't make any sense. GG on 450k tho!

Being able to see dislikes is very important for me as a viewer, there are a lot of time where I search up on how to fix these and those things if the dislikes are high it means that those fixing tutorials are not working and that’s very important for me to not waste time on the video
