Nate holding the gun to Maddys head, and Maddie banging on the bathroom door saying “I would never have done this to you” should have been somewhere on this list
My heart broke for Fez and Ashtray, they had a pure brotherly bond, yet that was torn away in an instant! And Fez's budding relationship was Lexi was cut short as well.😭💔
Fezco is by far and away my favorite character and his relationship with Ash was one of the best in the show. This was such a tragic way for it to end. I think the show should totally give Fez a special episode to see him dealing with grief.
@@tariqthomas9090 Ditto, Fez might be a dealer, but he's a total sweetheart, and one of the most level-headed characters, along with Lexi and Ethan. Seconded, I really hope that they dedicate an episode to Fez's grief, and show some more flashbacks of him and Ash.
Right? It's just as sad as Cassie's backstory with her father. Jules was institutionalized by her own mother for no reason! And then abandoned by her on top of that.
Seriously. This should have been Top 10 sad Rue moments, not Euphoria, because I fully expected Jules mom lying to her about the hospital and Maddy and Cassie's friendship break up to be on there. Not even a mention of Leslie and Gia hugging and crying after Rue gets physical with both of them and kicks Gia's door down , then both of them looking despondent as she trashes the house looking for her pills during the intervention. They were really like "Rue felt betrayed!" lol
Should have had: Cassie realizing McKay doesn't want to have a baby with her, and she will have to abort it, says "I just wanted to dream about it for a minute". She's downplaying how much his reaction hurts her. For a girl who's all about being in love, that's the moment that broke her spirit (and created the totally self-destructive Cassie of season 2).
@@boutiquebitcoin809 adopting and having your own kids are a bit different but I understand what you're trying to say. I didn't like how McKay reacted to her telling him she was pregnant and he just acted like it was just gonna effect HIM and HIS life and he didn't even really ask her how she felt about it and he just demanded she get rid of it. I believe her relationship and the abortion she got with McKay completely ruined her and that's why she wound up with Nate.
To me the most heartbreaking moment was between Cal and Derek at the bar. They finally get to open up to one another but it’s bittersweet… And then of course when Cal goes back to the bar and hallucinates saying to that man he dances with “I thought I lost you” 😢😭 Eric Danes superb acting made Cal relatable and even likable this season.
McKay’s assault in Season 1 was a very tragic moment that stood out to me. It was horrific to watch and so sad to see the way he shut down emotionally and treated Cassie so coldly, insisting they continue being intimate in spite of clearly being not okay or in the mood. Then the fact that he didn’t acknowledge or talk to her after the fact and left her alone to cry and clean up in the bathroom. It contributed to the disintegration of their relationship which was already on thin ice due to McKay’s prejudices based on Cassie’s reputation around the school
Cassie breaking down in front of the school during the play was one of my personal saddest moments, mainly because the obsessive thoughts that come with wanting to be loved is universally relatable and its own type of addiction. It paralleling Rue's struggles was a brilliant masterclass in visual storytelling
There is some truly brilliant acting in this show. The juxtaposition between the characters and the actors who potray them is incredible. Nate bashing his head into the floor over and over broke me.
The one where ashtray was killed and fez was shot was the most heartbreaking to me. But was what more heartbreaking was how maddy was begging for Cassie to open the bathroom door to talk to her and then maddy started breaking down after telling Cassie how she is a cruel and shit friend she is and stabbing her in the back. I feel horrible for maddy for the whole second season.
Yes :( Fez screaming to the police " please don't shoot! There's a kid! He's a kid!" 😢. You can see he was not just a business partner...he was Fezco's little brother and just a kid 🥺. That scene broke my heart 💔
Another one that should be added is when Nate threatened Maddy with a gun for Cal’s tape. She broke down crying in a fetal position and you could really feel her pain and trauma. It was one of the worse things he did to her and he was a really toxic abusive boyfriend.
@@tarakennedy707 yeah bc her being in an abusive relationship doesn’t make her a victim? you literally make no sense, just say you don’t like maddy and move on lol

I'd say the fight rue had with everyone was more so of her getting extremely scared and angry because the drugs she got from Laurie are gone and she might be sold off because of it

Fez and Astray should be number 1. And though I agree the number one spot was definitely a sad moment , Nate pressing a gun to maddy should’ve been up here on this list
This series proves nothing is sunshine and rainbows.
The most heart breaking thing was Angus cloud's death 😢
I cant believe how far Z has come as an actress. Holy shit.
Fez and Ash scene absolutly BROKE me
This show is just sadness all around. Anyone that has a child needs to watch this along with 13 reasons why. Life is very different now
Give Zendaya that Emmy nowwwww
Anyone ever think how does rue know everyone’s storyline ? I think she’s dead 😢🥴
noooo 😱
hopefully, she's just very perceptive 🙏🏽
she’s not tho 💀
I thought the same and they will reveal that on the last season of the show
There were way too many heartbreaking moments to put Into this little video. Addiction and all mental illnesses are heartbreaking when you're able to see past the outside of it all.
Every moment with two people on the opposite sides of a door deserves to be on this list(except the Cassie one at the party)
And sadly..This is the life of thousands of teens in NYC city today ! I see them daily walking, hanging in the park and you can see their pain, the way the walk, dress, their faces. Every day lets say 10k new teens/ young twenties come to NYC to make it as a model/actor and only 1 of them get a behind scene jobs and fast food work while attending castings. Many of them sleep in parks, couches..etc. I read somewhere stories of their live trying to make in NYC and I was so scare to keep reading the comments that I stop. God Bless All
me getting recommended this video: 👁👄👁
me checking when this was posted so i know if s2 scenes are going to be in it: 🤔🕵🏽
realizing it was posted yesterday: 🙃😮💨🥲
I know one thing, I was tired of listening to rue at that memorial service..
I actually know that this TV series has the same name as the Eurovision 2012 winner for Loreen, representing Sweden at the time.
They need a season 3
WHAT CAN I WATCH THIS ON?! I can’t find it on any of my subscriptions 😢. It looks amazing. I’ll purchase it if I have to!
i think the elliot's song to rue should have been in this list... i cried so hard// 'cause he's literally singing i want you the best, that's why i let you go..... it's just 🫀🤲
how tf was rue finally being vulnerable with her hallucinated dad not #1. I have never bawled like a complete baby at a movie/show until I saw that scene. It made her a much more dimensional character than just “a drug addict”.
There should be another Top 10 list because there are many in this series.
how Cassie insults Lexie on stage saying she never lived a tragedy or sth sad and at the same time we get to see Fezco's fate.
Cassie's whole story is this list.
WatchMojo needs to do this with Skins!! Bring back the OG!
