Picked up a booby cactus from their Leeds branch and it’s doing fab. It was a bargain too compared to everywhere else in their market. They had a very impressive variegated cacti in the window in the Ilkley branch. Must visit if in either location.

I was going to say the same thing when it comes to Monkey tail or rat tail cactus! I highly recommend desert plants of Avalon and a channel called epiphytic cacti to reference for care tips and growing advice

Your cat is so cute I miss my cat so much, I am living the catless life now and it sucks 😢 I had a zig zag cactus that I actually struggled with in soil, and I basically killed it except for one prop I cut off and grew in water, now it's starting in leca and it's very happy. Might be worth trying the fern leaf that way if you have any issues with it. It's very cute, I want one too I would throw it in leca though.

That monkey tail needs incredibly high light to reach is full hairy potential. the one you’ve got there hasn’t gotten nearly enough light
