Looks good Richard. Please tell me you are extending the gable roof ends out equal to the rafter tails. Helps the house fight the elements so much better on those gable ends.
Do you have a spec sheet on the trusses? Was wondering what the total span across is rebuilding our house after a house fire and want to add bonus room upstairs but don’t want to raise the roof height too much just enough to get minimum height requirements for it to be qualified as a “bedroom “ and it seems your trust is exactly what I’m looking for
I saw a builder assemble the trusses on the ground and have the crane lift all the assembled trusses onto the roof. They did it in two lifts and it was very fast and much safer doing the build o the ground

Stay tuned.
@@richsadventures1889 OH man, you're going to leave us all hanging in suspense! What a guy...
Dig the second floor.
Between Floors, and the build vlogging is hard to keep up with.
@@richsadventures1889 If you left the camera running, you could do a 6 times timelapse installing trusses.. Always popular.
Those 2 x 12 boards are unbelievable. I want to build attic trusses, but for a much smaller building.
Yeah the engineer called for 2×10s, but I had them built with 12s. Makes a hell of floor upstairs. Thanks for checking it out.
That a boy, love the attic space!
Thanks, makes a great future Master Bed Room.

The trusses were engendered by a trusses co. The headroom is 7'6". With an 8 12 pitch.
Menards has a custom truss tool you can play with on their website to design a truss for different spans and roof pitch you should check out
