You’re a very good teacher. Smart and realistic. The neck is super important not to traumatize in this position.

It’s only great if you are a man. I broke my shoulder - proximal humorous - and my female anatomy got in the way of my sling! Very challenging sleeping let alone being awake. And now for the Physio which is still painful 8 months later. Any suggestions?

You are making that looks so simple. However, imagine having a displaced fracture in your upper anrm right by the ball for over a week and trying to change your shirt, which means you have to remove the sling. There’s no way I could’ve done that without somebody to assist me. I can literally feel the displaced bones shifting around every time I move anything on my left side so. Kudos if you can give me advice on how to handle that. you’re shifting your shoulder around and everything like it’s so easy I can’t shift anything.

Can you please give the link for the specific sling you used in the video? My husband has a broken clavicle and is trying to use his arm even when it is in the sling. Your version would help him keep it imobilized and also looks more comfortable. Thank you!

Sorry for the late reply! It’s just an over the counter sling from a chemist hear in Australia. You can probably find a similar one Amazon!
