- Tuning a SOS kit on an 2007 S2000, after a few issues along the way we got some good gains and the car did great.
We over laid the graph with a similar Kraftwerks S2000 to get a quick comparison. We've had lots of people asking about this so here it is.
We're happy to tune your existing setup or build you an S2000 that way you want.

Love your approach to business. Really nice to see someone who genuinely loves what they do and appreciates the efforts of the customers. I installed Skunk2 headers clutch masters fx300 clutch invidia test pipe and Apexi exhaust on my 2000 S2000 as well as a set of 18" O.Z. wheels in anticipation of an LHT Kraftwerks install.....then I went out and bought a brand new 2017 Corvette Z06/07 to add to my Gen V Viper GTS.....the S2000 is gonna have to wait, but the goal of getting the car down to you guys is still firmly in my mine, mostly due to your approach to business. I'm down with supporting that kind of "TLC". Cheers guys!! Keep the videos coming. 😊

@@LHTPerformance You say simple, but it's crazy how many shops have an almost polar opposite approach to business. I am finishing up my KW install on my lower mileage 2004 s2k, but my 5400 mile 2004 s2k will probably be coming down to you guys, from DC, to get a turbocharger installed later this year or early 2020. That's considering InlinePro is about 15 miles from my house, too.

I have a SOS kit as well...but I'm so far away in Utah. Wish I was closer to come visit and get a tune. Good work though.
@newtypena...I also live in Utah. Do you have to go somewhere special to get your emissions done? I was under the impression these mods fail Utah emissions laws.
I hate that bolt closest to the firewall on the heat shield. That thing is a pain in the ass.

I was SOS S/C’d at ~20psi (500whp/300tq) on E85 on my AP2v1 s2k. That’s with stock exhaust. So I’m not sure why it was mentioned that it was a limitation.
Because they hand picked dynos to try to prove that 1) KW is as good as SOS (nope) and 2) you need their header and exhaust (nope). Jeff Evan's and MANY other tuners make great power up to almost 500hp on STOCK header and STOCK exhaust on SC S2k's. There is no limits and should be no fall off at only 402hp. SOS makes closer to 430hp at that Boost as well... they manipulated the dyno readings to fit their needs
Sick setup man! My guess is fuel, e85 runs better? Also different dyno and elevation make a difference.

Installed the skunk2 header on my Rhd s2k. Absolute pain to install. Had to remove steering shaft and put a thick metal plate on the engine mount so the header will clear the steering shaft.

I wish I had seen this comment a year ago. My KW kit broke, and switching to SOS this month. KW has major reliability issues, to say the least.

When does the s2000 transmission becomes a liability? at what hp/tq numbers is the limit for these s2000 transmissions?
Well, It's not so much HP it's how you drive it.
We've never had a Transmission fail with our supercharger kits, it's usually the guy going for quarter mile of showing people how fast he can shift.

What is the max horsepower you can add to a 1.6 VTi Civic without putting turbos, superchargers or nitro?
With high compression pistons, bigger cams etc we've done 200whp. This being a street motor, if you looking at all out race motor you can make more

Yes, there’s a little gain through the mid range. Nothing huge.
@@LHTPerformance thank you for answering so fast. So I won't really notice a difference. I will just keep her all original. I'm planing to take her autocross like the parking lot racing. Should I make any kind of suspension adjustments or just leave it alone? Car only has 17k miles on it.
Hey my skunk2 header gets here today. Do i need he o2 sensor? Or can i just remove it like yall did?
We ran his primary 02 in the header and removed the second 02 as it wasn't needed. We installed his Wideband sensor in the cat

Why would he not know that it was still a OEM fuel pump...before taking to dyno.
TheNoobComment The owner was told the pump had been upgraded. It’s not an easy job to check this.
