Another language the host speaks is Chinese. Although she is Japanese, she is a member of a famous idol girl group in Taiwan. After that girl group disbanded, she joined another famous band in Taiwan. Because this is a Taiwanese variety show, BabyMetal was promoting their Taiwan concert at the time, so the introduction was in Chinese at the beginning. And I think maybe because the host was once a member of an idol girl group, the interaction between her and the three girls was also very good. Thanks for your great reaction.
In my mind Moa was the one that brought the fun and Mischievousness to the group, Yui brought the Kawaii to the group and Su brought the rest. That's kind of how I always viewed them. They were a great team, and I'm looking forward to see how Momo fits in and how Babymetal evolves with Momo in the group. We'll always love and cherish Yuimetal and personally, I'll always consider Yui as part of the Babymetal team even if she isn't really there anymore because of how much she contributed. She helped shape what Babymetal became and for that she'll always be remembered fondly. Looking forward for when you do the Nendo tests! That'll be a load of fun too! :)
@@Hokkyo11 there are a few nendo tests, they're all good. They mostly have captions too, although sometimes the captions don't translate everything. Also, you should do Su's graduation speech amd watch Moa. It's adorable.

I would still call them idols at this point. The difference between an idol and an artist is that you get more access to idols. After this show the BM had an autograph/handshake signing session. After their status was bumped up to artist, the fans lost access to them. Back in the day, Moa was my favorite because she was just a funny kid overall. There is a SG 'Twinklestars' video that made Moa my favorite. All the other girls were answering questions all serious but Moa was cracking jokes the whole time. ie, What wish would you ask god if you could? Girl 1: I want my family to be healthy. Girl 2: world peace. Moa's answer: I want to be taller (Mao starts praying )
The more red in their clothes, the earlier the concert/footage is. The red represents more of their cute/adorable side and the black and armor-like clothes represent their metal side. Is it out of character for these huge professionals ? Or are they just kids after all. 🙂 from previous translations I've seen: 6:10 Moametal and Yuimetal say they always get all of it right in tests, Su-metal said: I'm pretty good too. Which gets a laugh. 🙂 Moametal loves all people and animals and this clearly comes out again.
Yui and Moa did a radio interview around this same time. The interviewer asked them who was the most "girly" implying between them. They both said Su- was the most "girly." 😂

Beware - this is how they get you 😊. It’s how they got me. About a year ago I saw “Gimme Chocolate” for the first time. After the initial WTF moment, I loved it. The audacity to blend j-pop and metal was brilliant. After starting down the foxhole, I eventually came across all the early videos (including Sakura Gakuin). Impossible to resist so much kawaii. Since seeing them live a few months ago, I’m really appreciating the newer, more mature material. They certainly have made a graceful transition from the cute-metal early days to “The Other One”.
Their outfit is anime-ish body armour for little warrior. Silver or gold colour represents metal armour. The shoulder pad represents pauldrons. You can totally ignore the meaning of those tutus skirts, those are only for cuteness.😂😂 A female reactor didn't understand those outfits, and thought the girls wearing corsets, laces, and thought those were provocative.😤
When are these UA-camrs going to realize that putting a logo on the video or blurring etc, does NOTHING to stop a copyright strike. Does the logo change the music? No. Duh. And are you SOOOOO lazy that you can't see that there are hundreds of this video all over reactors channels without the stupid logo and they've never been claimed? Amuse doesn't claim videos this old. Unbelievable. Duh.
This video came with a video copyright claim to the video that I reacted to, not an audio claim. UA-cam has weird copyright bots. I tried to upload this video 8 times today without the logo at first. Then, I had to add the logo because of the video claim. At first, I tried 10% opacity, but it was still being claimed. I could only get it uploaded when I raised opacity to 85%. Like I said youtube can be weird with their claims. I was able to upload videos with no claims as other reactors had theirs blocked. I never want to have something blocking a reaction I made as that is not enjoyable. I can upload the non logo on a different platform if people wish. Thanks again for watching
So I've been watching a lot of UA-cam, including a lot of reaction videos. UA-cam isn't as clear cut consistent as you might think, if their are lots of videos online, doesn't mean some videos were blocked/taken down, because you don't get to see those. I actually think of all metal content Babymetal content is the most reacted to on UA-cam, but their are more Nightwish videos still up than Babymetal. Because Babymetal or the company they are part of, especially in the past, was more strict. They are not as strict anymore. UA-cam will leave up old videos which would be blocked when uploaded today because of better recognition system, UA-cam also rechecks old videos and blocks them, sometimes years later, but only those with enough views or when ads are enabled and other criteria like that. UA-cam also has to deal with regions and regional laws. For example copyright law in Japan gives companies far more rights than companies in the west. Also a company, like Babymetal is part of, has distribution partner companies who also seem to be involved in the UA-cam checking system (even if indirectly because of contracts and other agreements), which means the distribution company in 1 region might decide to block it, but an other in an other region would not. When it comes to regional specific issues, it's not just the regional blocking (blocked in some countries, not others). It also even seems to matter from what country/region you upload, which is taking into account separate from the the channel's country setting. It's all 1 big messy process. I've always thought the easiest and most effective: put a TV behind/next to you with the sound over the speakers and record yourself watching that and upload it straight to UA-cam, the reduced quality of the camera recording the TV and sound with less quality seems to hit the best spot without having to do any editing (maybe it's also because the recording of the camera is at a different frequency than the TV ?). But I'm no expert/UA-camr or video in general, I'm just a viewer.
