  • In Part 3 of our 'How Not to Pee Your Pants While Running' blog series, we cover a series of exercises to improve pelvic floor strength, stabilization, & function. In this video, the Drop Squat to 1-Leg Stick is a drill to teach proper shock absorption and dissipation of forces through the lower extremity & pelvic floor. With running being a single leg sport, this drill is important to better match the demands.
