- In this video I set up a browning Xbolt and run a custom handload using AR2225 and the 145 eldx. The Vixen scope limits what can be done but using STRELOK and holdovers this rifle is going to be impressively effective out to 520 yards.
Got a Tikka T3 in this caliber last week and took it to the range yesterday. It was used..threaded bbl with nothing on the threads (for now). Light weight rifle..recoil lighter than my 30’06. Sub MOA with first 3 shots after zeroing.

Nice one mate I find all the wsm rounds interesting I have a 300wsm built on a long action for 210gr berger at just over 3.25 inch overall length.. I have a 270ai pushing 130vld at 3315fps with 62.2 grs of 2213sc absolutely love the 277 calibre
Nice nice. I actually have a hunch against the 277. I think it’s on the brink of either dying out unless manufactures redesign some high bc heavy projectiles and twists. The 6.5 and 7mm have taken over. My main gripe is the wind drift it suffers from out long. The 25 cal and 27 cal both suffer from slack wind drift.
@@hardantlerhunting9691 I have the same feeling you do and I'm sort of hoping with the 6.8 western new bullets will come. I want to build a 25 cal one day but there are no decent pills

Just got a winchester model 70 in 270wsm that I'm looking forward to bring moose hunting next year here in northern Ontario Canada..just reloading with 150 grain partition however I'm trying to find some 160s thanks for the video I hope you post more 270wsm video...btw just found your channel 😀
Nice. The partition is a good bonded bullet.
Twist rate 1-10 on your 270 wsm and is it a clr or a model 70 and if it's a model 70 is it pushfed or a Mauser action
