www.lowlandshu... vertebrae.no/ Doing some preperations for my hunting trip to lowlands hunting safaries in February. Shooting with my remington 700 that I am bringing to South Africa.
Good shooting Kate! Looks like a nice tight grouping on the plate! (Blame the fliers on snow flakes deflecting the bullets!). Very good, shooting 300m uphill! Have to reverse and do the same, 300m down hill. I don't think that shooting 0 to 300m on level ground would be an issue for you. 👍👍 Great shooting, again! Keep up the good work, thanks for you showing us! That's beautiful country, even with all the snow! ( I will return to sipping my tasty, ice cold adult beverage I am also enjoying on my back porch here in the Arizona Desert! Lol! Cheers to you all in the North!)
Fantastic job. I still understand Norsk. Please feel free to let us hear more. Congratulations to the father for raising such a find young woman. There is hope for Norway. I live in north west Montana, and although it is like Austria around here, it not like Norway. But the place is full of wildlife, and the population is still expanding. I ate deer tonight, trout last night, and I'll have bear or elk tomorrow that is canned up. But the is fresh elk heart to use up first. It is a similar life I suspect. It sounds like you've chosen your loads wisely. Lower recoil does help the shooter to be more accurate. My favorites are the .30-06, because we have 400 kilo Grizzly, and 500 kilo moose here, and 6.5x55 invented there in Norway for deer. If you try the well known 6.5x55, you will get a flatter trajectory with less recoil. The 7.8 gram 6.5 bullet has a better ballistic coefficient, and sectional density as the 10 gram .308 bullet, but it would be much flatter with less recoil even with speeds of more than 900 m/s with RL22. It works very well on deer. This way if you gauge the distant incorrectly, you'll be less likely to miss.
Great video series and channel, thank you and warm greetings from U.S.A. Beautiful country and wonderful to watch your shooting journey. I think you had much wind blowing fast, I could hear it and see from your shooting position branches moving in the wind too. Between two mountain ranges funneling in the wind must have made it far more harder to shoot. I think you did some very fine shooting! : ) Again, thank you for sharing with us all, I enjoy your channel a lot.
Very nice view. Just a suggestion but you should add more details in the title of your videos so they’re more searchable. Put the gun, the chassis, or the caliber in there. That’s what most people will be doing searches for.
That dirt spent so much time and went through so much pressure to become a rock, and you're just blasting away at it. Have some HUMANITY! 😜 haha Its cool to see more of your family in the videos.
It's nice to see I'm not the only one crazy enough to shoot in bad weather.. No snow but had -10°f temps.... Easy to keep the barrel cool but bad for mirage after 15 rounds
I see you have upgraded your equipment again, crushing those plates (literally!) Anyway, you should do another Q&A for your new viewers. Inquiring minds want to know about you 🥰
The sound of the sniper is awesome
Good to see your channel back again after so long.
Nice shooting. My grandfather was born in Norway and I hope to visit some day. Thanks for sharing with us.
Happy Valentine's day !!!
Thank you!
Great shooting
I can't wait to see you in the next James Bond movie.

Great video. Keep up the great work Katharina.
The scenery is amazing!
My kind of woman! Very nice rifle! You are zeroed now!
Nice shooting. Like driving, its always important to continue to practice in less than ideal conditions.
We can’t get lazy American men off the couch, let alone get them to lay in the snow and shoot a gun.

Nice shooting for 300m. That is a lot of work to get the steel target to that location. I hope you made him carry it back for the repairs.... lol

If not for UA-cam I wouldn’t know she existed.
Nice video big fan 😁👍
man thats dope! is this public land? makes me want to hike out to my desert and try the same.
Shooting uphill, with gloves on, in the cold, with light snow brushed around, and likely with wind, I'd say that's a good test. 😁
Always run the bolt...
Love you sweet heart
Good shooting. In that weather did the barrel get very hot after shooting your string or did the cold keep it cool?
Muito bom
长得好看,真好看
👍
Ok your range is WAY prettier than mine, but at least I only have to cover the same 300yds my bullet travels to get to the target. LOL
Awesome! Beautiful day 😁. What caliber? 308? Are you going to do some plains game hunting in South Africa? Thanks
Tomorrows video is me shooting while driving through a carwash.
What game will you be hunting in South Africa?
If only I could find a girl like her
