My kundalini never moves above middle of my back. I practice meditation off and on. But this time its 2 hrs daily for 15 days but it palpitates in the middle and then i do feel something in my shoulder blades back but nothing beyond it. Is it unusual

I get palpitations that rock my body. My daughter recently disowned me and she has 3 children who Love me, they're gone, too. I understand and accept that my former perception of life is no longer acceptable. For my well-being and Spiritual growth I must let go and not crave the past or the dream of life. I Love her and I forgive her. But I let her go.) But, it's not enough to understand that I must let go, I must real eyes that I must. She never was "mine".
I believe it is a collective awakening to change the planet's vibration to love. More and more people feel the same and so we change at opposite frequencies. It is a revolution in the paradigm of life on earth. I feel blessed to feel a pressure in my heart and in other points. I am not in charge.
Since January I have chabged my life. Journaling, reading, praying, mediation, writing things I have been grateful for. My intution has been stronger, crazy dreams, but I started getting stabbing pains in my right side of my back. When I meditate heaviness in my chest and tons of crying. I fially feel like I know what is happening. Thank you so much. Tonight is the first time I listened to you because of thecrepeating numbers. Now I am hooked.

Just found this video....Mine manifested in me literally fracturing my spine last July. Freak accident - nothing traumatic happened, however t6 and t7 ended up fractured with a pain (radiating from my shoulder blades). It caused a fundamental shift in my life and plunged me so much deeper into meditation than I’d ever gone in the previous 2 years of practicing. Crazy world, but I am truly so thankful.
Yes, it takes a strong person to lift heavy weights. It takes an even stronger one to lift the heavy weight on the heart and open it back up to life again. I respect you 👌🏽
Yes the last sign is so obvious, i started crying while meditating, i was healing my heart chakra for the first time today. I was feeling a faint unexplainable feeling around my heart. Also, i was forgiving all those people who wronged me in the past. The feeling is amazing 🌸
That explains my back pain between my shoulders. I had a kundalini awakening without trying to. Clicked on a video about it and found out all my symptoms and changes are normal. What a relief. Still my life is upside down now.

“I’m a bloke, I’m not gonna cry what you talking about?!” 😂😂😂 lolll made me giggle . Crying so much lately for no reason. My greatest areas of pain are my stomach, back of the neck and my eyes. My eyes throb at times and get so swollen and red. My teacher tells me the stomach pain is repressed rage, back of the neck is from being silenced as a kid, hiding my emotions out of fear of the consequences and never speaking my truth, and eye pain is from a resistance to see the truth and let go of old patterns. I fully believe this and am working to allow all sensations without judgment. It is hard sometimes as my mind wants to judge that the pain is wrong and not normal, especially for a “healthy” 25 year old. The breathing practices are helping, I am doing them daily 🙏💜. Hearing about the pain you felt between your shoulder blades is comforting Jamie and further supports my faith in allowing this process to unfold. Can’t thank you enough for your content. To cope, I sunk myself into imaginative comics, cartoons and tv shows to free my spirit. That eventually messed up my experience in the real world. I pray you transition through this effortless. Yes I have that pain between my shoulder blades, it’s a deep burning pulling feeling. I’ve always imagined if we were to sprout wings, they would come from this area.

I never really though anything of chakras until the last few days. I have so much love in my heart at the moment it feels like the energy is going to explode out of my chest. I never want this feeling to end but at the same time I find it overwhelming. I awakened a year ago and am now going through it again. Last year I suffered from uncontrollable panic attacks and what would set it off was my heart racing for no reason. And one time I kept feeling a vibrating in my heart and no one knew what I was talking about. I would have my family put their heart against my chest to see if they can hear or feel it. Very strange.
what the hell!! this sounds like me! all of sudden one day my heart started racing and has disturbed me since. i have been to hospital and they say its Ok. now im here because someone said my heart chakra is opening.

Jamie, you should do vids on each chakra, the hindu sounds 2 open them, feelings, etc. I have had an awakening this past summer, with feelings like my whole body/being was getting waves of energy, and my heart felt like it would explode from so much love.

It has been very long, that i have been experiencing that inner bleeding kind of pain, soreness, palpitation between the shoulder blades, and in the centre of the chest,a throbbing kind of deep pain,similar to that we experience in a wound.. Sometimes a sharp pain. And often this unexplained letting out of tears. Particularly after or while meditation, or praying. Had tried to tell some friends but they wouldnt relate.
Wow! Its been so many weird things happening, lot of signs and symptoms are adding up. I just realized I'm an empathetic twin flame. It's so many symptoms I now know I have, I had tonitis in my ears the end of last year. I thought it was an ear infection that you get when you have a viral infection, but it actually was a lot of earwax buildup and pain. The pain was so bad I almost went to the ER. In another video you mentioned the sore throat which I recently had twice just this passed week. I've also been having a lot of heart and chest pain along with reoccurring heart palpitations.

I’ve been going through this process for over 5 years now. It told me to do it alone as it wanted to move, so no yoga or research (though recently I started seeking information). I prefer the use of a yoga trapeze, compression bands, exercise ball and a mouth leverage bit to act as tools. The heart part just started opening this month. It feels like a heart attack. It is severe at night. As all this force rises the emotions and mind start playing more of a part. It was easier before when it did it’s thing without thought. This is the first of Your videos I’ve watched. It was helpful to know the chest ripping open aspect is part of it... though deep down it told me you must endure this to get to another side. I’m interested in joining the community you’ve created. Thank you.

Yes I’ve felt these many times, the best way I can describe the feeling is like a billion little golden lights buzzing out of my chest. But I don’t know why, but if late it’s been feeling so blocked. Like I have a stone sitting in the middle of my chest. Been praying for my heart to open again.

I did some yoga and relaxation breathing and it was released by morning. I love knowing we have such synchronicity with ourselves. The responsibility to feel well on our own.

Wednesday I was listening to a heart meditation and about 20 mins in I seen all the colors burst inside of me like fireworks, then I seen all the colors going up and down like it was scanning me. After my kundalini, I have this very very intense burning on my back, at the level of the heart chakra for about 2 years, sometimes physical pain in the heart chakra, especially when I feel a Lot of energy moving throught my body. It was a full moon night toward end of December. Right at the time of full moon night, I woke up with same pain it was so painful I felt like my shoulders will fall down. I didn't knew wt to do, so I drank some water, Sat and deep breathing for a while and I was fine after that.

I just went thru Solar Plexis expansion and Headaches and was able to dissolve this "Ascension Flu" Symptoms but I haven't felt anything inmy Heart Chakra except a couple little pinching feelings a couple weeks ago and now I just feel Empty and am wondering if I have sabotaged my Growth? When your heart chakra is opening trauma that’s been repressed in the heart chakra well be released and you will feel it as fear anger frustration desperation all of those things it’s just helpful to know that it’s trauma and to be breathe into it you might want to comfort your inner child because that’s the one who’s been traumatized. I felt a very strong pop it felt like something bursted it felt so strong and loud it seems like a person next to me they may have even heard like the pain was only a second but it seemed like I had a balloon pop inside but like in my back
At the beginning of my awakening about 6 years ago and I had no clue what was going on with me I was getting so hot on my skin I felt I could have fried a egg and soaking wet with sweat also I had this very strange itching situation on my face and it was so strange I'm like what is up I then had this very very exhilarating sensation going up and down it felt so good but I was little freaked out coz I knew this was something to do with something super natural and I want to add this was all with in a 2 month period at different times in them few months and I remember having this guy come up and alarms just going off and just I could see every one was up to and like I knew these people my whole life but I saw through them the real them for first time and I remember me my boyfriend walking to store and I was just looking at trees like very vibrant it's like every thg was vibrate the tree, and just every thg was really different and all of a sudden I felt a pop in my back and like it made a loud pop I don't know if anyone else would have heard it if around me or I could on inside but it was like a sharp really quick then nothing but the way it made sound and pain was like a balloon that felt up with 2 much air and pops and that is it that how I describe what it felt and sound like and I got lil scared coz never exspearce this b4 but I know now and looking back it's clear what I was going through but the cherry on top was the loud robotic type voice like yall me my old man split for 2 nights so I was alone I'm getting scared thinking about it but it was a loud robotic evil voice and he said lisa and yall I was not dreaming but I did not move until day time lol and then next night I'm again alone and this time he or she but sounds like a man anyway it's just laughing and it's like ecoe and I was also hearing this loud anoyen buzzzzzzz it was super loud I thought it was something to do with light outside or something sounds like those loud buzzing bug light but loud
My heart during what felt like a spiritual download or visit was beating very fast it tool deep breaths to handle it. Does anyone else had this happen very rapid heart rate?
Wow I just found out that pain in back between spine are because of this. I felt that pain for a month over.. I thought it's because cholesterol levels. So I took diet in hope that pain will go away. But it worked the pain is gone, but the one thing that I was unaware of that at the same time .. I fall in love with someone and that's was unconditionally love. Is it possible that blocked/pain is because we were experienced a broken heart? I mean very very broken? The one and only person that you love and you lived with for over 18th years broke your heart literally speaking.
Yes brother, it can come because of a broken heart. If we don’t open it back up we can find ourself with heart conditions. It seems physical, but it’s emotional first, then if we ignore the emotion- it becomes physical. I hope this helps

I received a full body massage from someone spiritual. She opened my chest chakra it popped and my heart started burning. My back between shoulders are burning it’s amazing and new for me. I’m learning day by day.
Jamie, you should do vids on each chakra, the hindu sounds 2 open them, feelings, etc. I have had an awakening this past summer, with feelings like my whole body/being was getting waves of energy, and my heart felt like it would explode from so much love.

It has been very long, that i have been experiencing that inner bleeding kind of pain, soreness, palpitation between the shoulder blades, and in the centre of the chest,a throbbing kind of deep pain,similar to that we experience in a wound..
Sometimes a sharp pain. And often this unexplained letting out of tears. Particularly after or while meditation, or praying.
Had tried to tell some friends but they wouldnt relate.
Wow! Its been so many weird things happening, lot of signs and symptoms are adding up. I just realized I'm an empathetic twin flame. It's so many symptoms I now know I have, I had tonitis in my ears the end of last year. I thought it was an ear infection that you get when you have a viral infection, but it actually was a lot of earwax buildup and pain. The pain was so bad I almost went to the ER. In another video you mentioned the sore throat which I recently had twice just this passed week. I've also been having a lot of heart and chest pain along with reoccurring heart palpitations.

I’ve been going through this process for over 5 years now. It told me to do it alone as it wanted to move, so no yoga or research (though recently I started seeking information). I prefer the use of a yoga trapeze, compression bands, exercise ball and a mouth leverage bit to act as tools.
The heart part just started opening this month. It feels like a heart attack. It is severe at night.
As all this force rises the emotions and mind start playing more of a part. It was easier before when it did it’s thing without thought. This is the first of Your videos I’ve watched. It was helpful to know the chest ripping open aspect is part of it... though deep down it told me you must endure this to get to another side.

I did some yoga and relaxation breathing and it was released by morning. I love knowing we have such synchronicity with ourselves. The responsibility to feel well on our own.

Yes, my 16 year old truly looked concerned this morning as he gazed at me!! 😂😭😂 to which my spirit said, I bet he's gona really love spending all that money. To which my ego upped the anti to prove I've truly lost it said: "you'll start believing once we get rich" 😵😜 I don't think either of us had laughed so hard in some time!! 😂🤣😂

Wednesday I was listening to a heart meditation and about 20 mins in I seen all the colors burst inside of me like fireworks, then I seen all the colors going up and down like it was scanning me. I sometimes feel burning sensation and some kind of sharp pain at my back and centre of chest ... I meditated heart chakra at 528hz vibration frequency for few days... I started to love people without any judgement and they started to speak to me very kindly and got very close...Is this the sign of heart chakra opening?
My solar plexus blockage is happening with feeling like I have something under my right ribcage that doesn't go away until I do things the right way

Hello from Brazil 🌟🙂 .... Finally I found someone talking about this. After my kundalini, I have this very very intense burning on my back, at the level of the heart chakra for about 2 years, sometimes physical pain in the heart chakra, especially when I feel a Lot of energy moving throught my body. The physical/energetics part of awakening is something that could talked about more to help us. Thank you so much for your explanation.
It was a full moon night toward end of December. Right at the time of full moon night, I woke up with same pain it was so painful I felt like my shoulders will fall down. I didn't knew wt to do, so I drank some water, Sat and deep breathing for a while and I was fine after that.

I just went thru Solar Plexis expansion and Headaches and was able to dissolve this "Ascension Flu" Symptoms but I haven't felt anything inmy Heart Chakra except a couple little pinching feelings a couple weeks ago and now I just feel Empty and am wondering if I have sabotaged my Growth? When your heart chakra is opening trauma that’s been repressed in the heart chakra well be released and you will feel it as fear anger frustration desperation all of those things it’s just helpful to know that it’s trauma and to be breathe into it you might want to comfort your inner child because that’s the one who’s been traumatized. I felt a very strong pop it felt like something bursted it felt so strong and loud it seems like a person next to me they may have even heard like the pain was only a second but it seemed like I had a balloon pop inside but like in my back

At the beginning of my awakening about 6 years ago and I had no clue what was going on with me I was getting so hot on my skin I felt I could have fried a egg and soaking wet with sweat also I had this very strange itching situation on my face and it was so strange I'm like what is up I then had this very very exhilarating sensation going up and down it felt so good but I was little freaked out coz I knew this was something to do with something super natural and I want to add this was all with in a 2 month period at different times in them few months and I remember having this guy come up and alarms just going off and just I could see every one was up to and like I knew these people my whole life but I saw through them the real them for first time and I remember me my boyfriend walking to store and I was just looking at trees like very vibrant it's like every thg was vibrate the tree, and just every thg was really different and all of a sudden I felt a pop in my back and like it made a loud pop I don't know if anyone else would have heard it if around me or I could on inside but it was like a sharp really quick then nothing but the way it made sound and pain was like a balloon that felt up with 2 much air and pops and that is it that how I describe what it felt and sound like and I got lil scared coz never exspearce this b4 but I know now and looking back it's clear what I was going through but the cherry on top was the loud robotic type voice like yall me my old man split for 2 nights so I was alone I'm getting scared thinking about it but it was a loud robotic evil voice and he said lisa and yall I was not dreaming but I did not move until day time lol and then next night I'm again alone and this time he or she but sounds like a man anyway it's just laughing and it's like ecoe and I was also hearing this loud anoyen buzzzzzzz it was super loud I thought it was something to do with light outside or something sounds like those loud buzzing bug light but loud

Wow I just found out that pain in back between spine are because of this. I felt that pain for a month over.. I thought it's because cholesterol levels. So I took diet in hope that pain will go away. But it worked the pain is gone, but the one thing that I was unaware of that at the same time .. I fall in love with someone and that's was unconditionally love.
Is it possible that blocked/pain is because we were experienced a broken heart? I mean very very broken? The one and only person that you love and you lived with for over 18th years broke your heart literally speaking.
Yes brother, it can come because of a broken heart. If we don’t open it back up we can find ourself with heart conditions. It seems physical, but it’s emotional first, then if we ignore the emotion- it becomes physical. I hope this helps
