Needs a slide out 4 room Ese.... Almost perfect but yet crap
kinda pointless when the cops will let the peop,e you pay rent to, let them lie and trick you, threaten, abuse and harm you, even steal that new home and all you own and force you into homelessness. This is legal and allowed behavior in OR and WA. Contributing to the homeless crisis.

It makes sense that an RV manufacturer would start building a tiny home style RV. Very smart and well designed.
Wow! You can literally haul your home with you anywhere. That patio is Awesome! If i had enough money and a truck to haul it, I'd have a home for the rest of my life.
How does it differ from say the Tiny homes?
Is the attached patio considered ‘road legal’? I saw somewhere that porches had to be removed or folded up against the house wall and strapped down in some way.
Is this an RV or a Park Model? Would be cute to park at a mobile park or camp ground at the beach.

It’s FANTASTIC for 1 or 2 people! Large enough to live in full time, but small enough to take out on the weekends.
I would definitely not like the 🔥 fireplace upstairs….. heat rises…. The loft is ALWAYS the hottest room in the house.

Right? This is so comparable to actual tiny home layouts and appeals. People are noticing that the standard layouts just aren't doing as well in the 2020s.
They typically don’t do slides on destination trailers like this. Thats not really their intended purpose.
@@nicholem4831I have a super slide as well as a bedroom slide in my destination model. I can't imagine living without sides!
This would be great for me and my 2 puppies. I would just take out the recliner and move the dinette over to that spot and put in a PC desk so I can work. I can wash my dishes by hand so that area would be my coffee bar. Second loft, nothing but storage. This really made me change my mind on getting a 40+ 5th wheel. The patio is selling point for me.

Yeah it's crazy that RV manufacturers are not providing a desk area on these larger models. So many people who work from home would like to travel.
This is very cool. I could see buying some land and parking this on it. Looks like a modern tiny home. I wish there was more storage in the kitchen! I’d say get rid of the recliner and add more cabinets and counter space.

That looks just about perfect. It looks like a comfortable space that's really attractive and functional. The back patio is pure icing on the cake! I love that! It's like a tiny home.
That's a very cool, well thought out design! Love the fact it has a decent size stove/oven, a dishwasher, ice maker and washer/dryer combo also
LOVE IT!! …..To live in without question….tiny home living. I’ve looked at many on wheels on line and the combo of warm woods and contemporary iron is fabulous. Love the little patio. For me….it is perfect. I would want to put in a small, cylindrical wood stove. Love it.🇨🇦

It’s missing the washer/dryer” then you panned around & I saw it & screamed YES! I will look no further if I decide to go this route of tiny home buying. It’s perfect. The best out there. I love this! There are a few things I'd tweak, like I don't need a full-sized fridge or a dishwasher (I'd rather have more food storage space), and I'd want a TV up in the bedroom. Other than that, this is fantastic!!
At almost 80 years old, no, I can't see myself living in this. But, were I 30, I'd totally love it. And at closer to $40K this is a nice couple's RV for beach/lakeside living. I've never seen a countertop dishwasher like this. And since you have to crawl around in the sleeping space this is one RV that should have a king-sized bed.
I bought a countertop dishwasher. They are basically a 1/2 dishwasher with only 1 rack. Nice for a small space, but not too much room if you have more than 2 people.
I absolutely love it it would really be nice to see more outlets as well as compartmentalize storage
$40-50k!? C'mon!! THIS IS AWESOME! C'mon! Though with the height, I wonder how bottom heavy it is. But yeah, this IS a tiny home on wheels! That patio, the lofts, c'mon! How are they able to reach that price!?

@@nickzalan4762 I was thinking the same thing. Take the recliner out and expand the countertop and remove the dinette and put in a PC desk since I am a remote worker.

The one I viewed was 56K just a week or so ago. That was a basic model. I’m going to shop around and see what prices are at other locations.
Not a bad unit at all, one major concern I have is security. Looks like an easy target for any curious rift raft if I'm being entirely honest. Sure, looks amazing, I would not feel safe if I had to drive that through big cities, or parking over night at those sketchy camp grounds.
THIS is what I've been looking for! I really don't like the "feel" of tiny homes, and to get the things I prefer in an RV I have to go to a monster destination trailer... this is amazing! Great kitchen, washer/dryer, fat-boy shower, on demand hot water... and I don't need to build a covered deck! My only concern is the stairway for my dogs. They're big, they're older and can see them tumbling down the stairs... but I have an idea for that fix... that second loft, definitely storage. I love this rig!!!
When you opened that bottom cabinet in the kitchen. That board panel on the left, looked like it was pulled off.
Love that patio (porch?)!!! I could make it work, but it does need a little more clothing storage (hanging closet) downstairs. Also, I’d prefer a stacked washer AND dryer over the combo.
I’m a single man, this is perfect for me, I have a 1/2 ton 4x4 truck so would be fine to tow this. I love it.
Same for me too! Without the truck, but this has everyone anyone can really need, but we love to hold on to things and this is the setup that will force most folks to slim down.

I would love to buy this!! I have seen two other videos of the Timber Wolf Mini Loft and no one has taken the time to open up the refrigerator or bedroom closets, so Thank You. Right now, it is sailing for $37,999.00, which is a deal. With it being built as an RV, it should be allowed in to RV parks. That’s what I’m hoping for. Thank you kindly. This is very impressive, whenever i watched any tiny houses, through the tour i will check everything i ever want in tiny living, and i was shocked how it have everything i ever need in such tiny space. Closet in bathroom, large refrigerator, real couch, this sink just so practical. Thank you for the tour.❤

Yes , the size is ideal for a small home. I live in a camp room 1/2 the size of these model . Price is great!!, very interested to lean about the structure.

This is actually the second one I've seen. This one I like better than the first one I saw. I'd love to hear from someone who gets one and what it's like to take around the country with it and what they use to tow it with. The one thing that could be tough hauling is how tall this is and the wind hitting it and possible swaying.

This is everything I want. Campers/tiny house. By far the best build I've the porch blows me away as well as all the windows

I used to build RV’s
They are very cheaply built. It would be wiser to buy an old school bus which is riveted together very strongly (rollover and crash testing has much higher standards since they are school buses) built. RV’s literally explode into a million splinters if they are in an accident.
So for the price of around 50k for this, I think that Coleman or 14k is looking like a great deal. And there are no ladders to climb up and down.

It's beautiful, though after several knee injuries being on all fours is no longer an option! The patio is my favorite part...I'd love to see more covered patios on RV and tiny home models.
Really cool, might have to switch the enterance of the loft above the enterance to the other side so kids don't mess up the window curtains?? I think they thought of everything: great windows, the the look, patio, electric fire place above, & the kitchen sink. 👍 👍 👍

Very interesting rv. I think hanging storage exists up under the stairs, so they don't need rods in the loft closets. I like this unit but it will be a difficult tow on windy days, especially with that squared off front end.

Call a place that specializes in Tiny homes and they were charging way more then this, any one wanting one of theses need to jump on it and get one before they take the price up. We just saw this one at the RV show in Indy. It is amazing!
I think it is pretty cool for the size it is. I could see myself living in that for a long period of time as long as it stays that good looking at cost efficient. It looks cozy and I like the full-sized kitchen and bathroom it has, and the price is not bad, if I ever had that kind of money, I would get one or even two for someone else. I think it is very nice and love the small porch and best feature is the electric fireplace and cool blinds. 👍👍
