You know, watching your videos made me do a lot to my civic. I had fixed the A.C, did a temporary headlight restoration, had to replace the alternator 3 times and battery once. Unfortunately after taking it to my dad's shop and having a mechanic further look at it, they had noticed my front wheel was pulled back from a previous incident "due to the previous owner", both front and rear motor mounts are sounding horrible and a couple of small brackets or loose components that now will run me up the wall. Needlessly to say, it's refreshing to see someone who is being smart and patient but also still learning small quirks. Your Honda being a 99 and mine an 05, yours is quite clean and it almost motivates me to keep my current one. Unfortunately, due to lack of time and "so on" I will be selling mine. On the bright side, I get to enjoy content that is still Honda related "even when I sell off my Honda". Enjoyed the late night vid keep up the work! Slap a baby turbo in it!! :D
Mike Banks my 05 em2 has had the water pump fail, head gasket blown, valve cover gasket blown, a/c doesn’t work, immobilizer fails every once in a while and my car didn’t start, and the fuel pump failed.

In Dec of ‘18 I got into a little accident with my 2005 Honda Civic, hit a ditch at about 80-90 (had no business going that fast in that Civic 😭😂) and the front of the car was pretty dinged up, the car was still running after the incident so I decided to drive it home as it was. I get home and as I turn the corner and go about 20 feet the car shuts off and starts smoking from below the engine which I assumed was where the transmission or clutch is and so we pushed the car the rest of the way. It sat overnight and the next day the car turned on and all but it wouldn’t move, everything seemed to be working fine but even after putting it in first gear it wouldn’t budge. I tried putting it in first and letting to stall but it would just stay in first and stay on. Fast forward 2-3 months and I go out to mess with the car to try and determine why it won’t move, my buddies all think it may be the clutch or the axle that I know got hit pretty hard, so I jack the passenger side of the car up where it took most of the impact and take the tire/wheel off and leave it as is. My dad then hops into the car to turn the car on and he pressed down on the clutch and put it in first gear. He then lets his entire foot off the clutch and the rotors starts to spin as if someone was giving it gas but no one was so we were both very confused. Why was the rotor spinning after the clutch was let off and left in first gear? I just want to know your guys opinion I really can’t find much or any help online. Should I replace the clutch? I think that’s what the problem might be :/

Get a civic between 93-00 either eg or ek hat h or coupe the 05 em2 are known for numerous issues n 9/10 times it'll run u 100$ or more
