@@safetybyroo5370 sir i do have a question, not seeing in regards to the type of tool to achieve the required rotation, i would assume it can only be a pneumatic/mechanical torque impact, since you would have to achieve torque on PVI.
@@chrisrios435 According to the current definition of snug- tight (which I discuss in 23A) an impact or spud wrench is acceptable. For the exact achievement of a verifiable 1/3 of a turn, a spud wrench would be easier to control. Does that answer your question satisfactorily?
