@@sunslacker3955 The best thing for a parent and their kids to do, at least from what a coworker did with her son, is to let him stay at home as long as he has a job and let him pay for his own food or give him a choice to pay a bill. This allows him to save up money instead of wasting it on rent and then he could use that money for a down payment of a house. Her son is 21, bought his own truck and payed for his own trade and is looking for a house now
