This is a re-upload of the video we posted a few days ago. We had to do it because the first video got restricted due to 'Shocking content'. This edit is without that part of the video, and hopefully, it can stay up for everyone to watch. Sorry guys.
UA-cam allows animal abuse, racist rants, and soft core porn. But they ban, or restrict anything lgbtq, anything that is normal to see on television ( you literally see people getting beheaded on tv nowadays) and they ban mental health seminars. At what point does an American company (Google), have the right to restrict free speech, and promote or allow antisemitic, racist, homophobic and actual abuse videos on with out check? I love your channel, I saw the OG upload there was nothing wrong with it. It was no different then watching Live Tv episodes. Keep it up, you are amazing.
I live in Tx. and will tell you that until the state punishes the numerous uninsured, unlicensed drivers that cause wrecks, look for several insurance companies to stop providing insurance to drivers in Tx.!
@@djsdjsjdjshjwbdnskdk obviously it ain't working. Compliance is proportionate to fear, they don't fear the punishment so they don't fear getting caught. Need to put a little fear in them.
0:55 The Tahoe driver's insurance provider screwed up. That's a right-turn-only exit, and Josh cut the lady off and then stopped in her blind spot. Totally his fault.
Anyone would have thought that if a person left a car width worth of space on their right side that they're turning left. When she turned right I was like wtf, did she change her mind?!?!?! Did she think she was driving a semi truck or something???
im going to say it show half of this drivers who lie or so sure get there driver license remove ASAP that the person who cause it go back to driving school they must pay out of pocket if not make them pay triple the cost
Coming from an adjuster, we love dash cams. Makes life so much easier - if you have a video and a plate number you can file a claim on your own policy have your carrier get the police report / try to get the other drivers insurance info. Your statement + dash cam usually is enough for insurance carriers to take fault but they still have to try and reach their driver.
#24 - for the observant out there, at 0:53 you can see from the position of the front wheels on the Tahoe that it was VERY likely they were planning on turning right...... BUT they CERTAINLY were not in the correct place for a right turn (normally). But then there IS the 'No left turn' sign (very clear at 0:56).... soooo.... With those things, I can't put all the fault on the Tahoe driver.
I will agree with you. The only driving option for the Tahoe is to make a right turn. There are no markings on the road or signage on the exit to divide it into 2 turn lanes. It's a single, very wide, lane. It was a mistake for the cammer to position the car that way. It was an aggressive move. No lane there to allow that. Yet the Tahoe didn't check for idiot drivers to the side. I disagree with the official judgement
yeah; sure she wasn't using her turn signal either, but I feel like anyone with some sense would have just waited their turn instead of inventing a whole lane for themselves. It's not like he could have safely seen past her to sneak out, anyways.
Great to see some people with common sense. Why would you stand next to someone who clearly wants to turn right?? The Tahoe driver was most likely looking for traffic coming from the left. That was really an AH move from Josh 🤨
9:30-9:39 David should try to realize that the white stripe on the road next to the stop sign isn’t there for no reason. You should come to a stop before the white line in fact you should be able to see the line from the end of your hood when you follow the rules accidents like this don’t happen.
I'm actually surprised he didn't get stuck with at least some liability for that. Was the first thing I thought of. I do know of another cam I saw a few years ago where something very similar happened. A pickup turned left, and his steel trailer hit the front of a van. The van driver was held liable for his own damages as a result of being past the limit line (i don't think there was damage to the trailer, or enough for the guy to care).
0:53 That should 100% be on the Mustang driver, as he went to the side of the vehicle who was also turning right. Should never go to the inside of a vehicle when turning unless it is marked for multiple lanes
Argument could be made that Mustang driver thought they were going left (despite the tiny sign saying no lefts) as they were in the most left edge of the roadway with no turn signal. Granted, Mustang used no turn signal either, but it's your responsibility when you make turns that you can do so safely. The Tahoe driver did not execute a safe turn.
There’s one street where people ALWAYS cut the corner. So I make sure I give them plenty of room. I also back up a lot to make room for BIG trucks(semi’s)to turn at any intersection I’m in.
Re: "drivers in a college town" Can confirm they are the worst. We live near Texas A&M (aka Aggieland) and the drivers in this town are animals from another zoo. That said, these drivers are better than the ones near Berkeley CA (aka Berzerkeley) where I learned to drive
#7. FYI: when two drivers go for the same lane like this, the driver coming from the left has the right of way per state law. So if you find your self in the car's position, back off, and avoid the horn since you don't have the row.
It's scary to think about the risks we face on the road every day due to reckless driving. It's a reminder to always stay vigilant behind the wheel and to invest in tools like dash cams for our own safety and protection. Stay safe out there, everyone!
David W absolutely should have been found partially at fault. Stop lines are there for a reason. Had he stopped behind the line like he is supposed to. He never would have gotten hit. The insurance company is stupid af for taking full blame, and David is a real piece of CA CA.
Why do people like the last driver makes me SO stinkin’ mad???!!? I watched that hoping a sink hole would open up. Most of the other drivers were stupid, negligent and inattentive, but this guy acted purposefully.
On clip 10 "david" was at fault here; he failed to stop behind the stop line. You know that 18 inch wide white strip across the road at all intersections you are required to stop BEHIND to allow room for traffic turning towards you. Yea that line that most of you ignore! Something else to keep in mid when you are entering the highway from a ramp it is you that are required to YIELD to traffic already on the highway; the trucks and other vehicles already on the highway have no duty to slow down or change lanes for your impatient asses. When you have an accident you are ALWAYS at fault!
#10 it doesn’t matter if that woman with the black ram didn’t see his car you’re not supposed to make a left-hand turn into the oncoming lane. So many people do it though they try to cut across.
#8, Mike at 10:33, is 2 1/2 miles from my house. I have to make that left turn to go home. It has gotten so bad there that I never turn left from the middle lane, especially on my motorcycle. These idiots do this all the time, even now when there are construction barriers in front of the turn only lane.
On No. 13, you said the guy turning left was turning into the wrong lane. Just FYI, Texas has no restrictions on what a lane a person turning left can turn into, they can pick any available lane, unless it's marked otherwise. Turning right, you have to turn into the rightmost lane (hardly ever enforced). That doesn't change the driver's fault here, as he did not have the right of way but just pointing that small detail out for reference.
It's alarming how many of the drivers involved in offenses in the Texas compilation either lie or flee the scene. Other state compilations don't seem to have this many
5:46 submitter is a flaming hypocrite tbh. 11:06 what's especially funny about this is that traffic seems light enough that he could have just sat there and waited for it to clear before going straight (not legal but certainly a better option than hitting another car). There was no one behind him so there was no pressure on him to move. Whole thing could've been avoided if he'd just been patient enough to just sit there a few seconds.
Number 14 John, you were in the drivers blind spot. As a retired truck driver if you are any where near the passenger door or the right steer tire I probably won’t see you
I mean the Tesla driver was going just as fast when he passed on the shoulder, AND HE PASSED ON THE SHOULDER. They both were going ridiculous speeds but one of them at least didn't treat the shoulder as an extra lane.
I know how bad texas is, I have had a dash cam for 2 years as a delivery driver in a small town, and I have maybe 900+ clips of near misses, wildlife near misses, etc.
#5 looks like the rigs brakes were smoking and most likely so hot that he could not stop if he wanted to. Most likely a bad air leak casued them to at least partially set. Too much heat causes brake fade, and if they get too hot, they will catch on fire, but 9 times out of 10 the fire will go out once you get stopped. So many rigs now days are automatic, and the drivers do not know how to manually down shift them, so severe brake fade can be even more dangerous
Had been in 2 accidents this year. One of them taught me to get a dashcam since it was one of those “guy in turn-only lane went straight” type of ordeals and clipped me when I turned left. Had I had a dashcam, I would’ve had the other party at fault, but since he lied and said we were both in the straight lane and I turned into him, and I had no police nor video evidence, nothing came out of it. Got rear-ended at the beginning of this month and with dashcam footage and police report, I’m able to get my car repaired this Tuesday. I’ve had people at work (I work for Domino’s) ask me why I have a dashcam when it should be so obvious. If you’re broke like I was in my first accident, just hook up an old phone and record it from there. Hopefully, you have a 2nd phone for the rear camera.
I recognized that Galveston clip’s road. It’s next to an amazing seafood restaurant. Galveston being a tourist area I bet the truck driver was a drunk tourist.

#19 3:51. Look at all of that merge lane roadway in front of the Toyota! That lane wasn't going to end in a 1/4 mile at least. With that much roadway there was no excuse for the Toyota to merge so soon. Though the vehicles never touched. I would still call it a hit and run.

David, that got rammed by the ram, was clearly at fault. Because he was way past the stop line painted on the road. How it got insurance investigators is beyond crazy.
6:24 ok if that yield sign is actually for traffic going straight, I would have made the same mistake too. I could only kind of imagine it being traffic turning right should yield to the traffic turning left, but that is still insane and counter-intuitive... you usually only see that pattern at busy intersections with a traffic light.
I have lived in Texas for 57 years. As far as I know we have always paid for stuff in US dollars. What do you think we use? Rattlesnakes, scorpions or Lone Star beer?
to be fair to the Tahoe lady, she did have her blinkers on to take a right turn, dude in the Mustang just felt like squeezing into that little space cuz he couldn't wait his turn. just saying, still she should've checked.
Josh clearly missed her tires pointing to the right and that it's a right only. That is poor observation on his behalf. She never would've saw him since her attention was focused to her left watching traffic. Josh needs to pay more attention.
Does ANYONE who causes an accident admit that they are at fault? Everyone seems to blame the other driver no matter what foolish action THEY took. Thank God for dash cams! One other thing I have noticed is the number of people who think that because they drive a big 4wheel drive vehicle they can make their own road and drive over nature strips to get where they want. Personally, i feel that too many people who live in the cities have big 4wheel drive vehicles that they don't need or use off road. They should have to prove they need one in order to get it registered.
The driver of the mustang in the 2nd clip should have been found at fault. At the beginning of the clip you can see a sign that says no left turn so the Tahoe should have had the right of way.
0:58 In my opinion the driver of the mustang is the one that should be at fault since he had pulled up beside the vehicle also turning right to avoid this the driver could have just stayed behind that vehicle. Also, how on earth did it cost $ 10,000 to get that Mustang repaired? That seems like $ 9,800 too much!

I could only kind of imagine it being traffic turning right should yield to the traffic turning left, but that is still insane and counter-intuitive... you usually only see that pattern at busy intersections with a traffic light.
Yea Texas is weird. Those are called feeder roads.
Morgan sure looked like he was speeding a bit…
Surprised no Amarillo submissions
That’s why I have a dash camera
I have lived in Texas for 57 years. As far as I know we have always paid for stuff in US dollars. What do you think we use? Rattlesnakes, scorpions or Lone Star beer?
The on fire 18wheeler is in “mailing address” area of San Marcos, not New Braunfels. SWT c/o ‘99.
I just Googled to see if car insurance is mandatory inTexas. It is. But it does not seem to be enforced.
to be fair to the Tahoe lady, she did have her blinkers on to take a right turn, dude in the Mustang just felt like squeezing into that little space cuz he couldn't wait his turn. just saying, still she should've checked.
All these drivers who swerve to another Lane to avoid an accident may be charged if they hit a vehicle in that lane
H on H violence MUST STOP.
Like Spy vs Spy!
Suprised frisco texas wasent in this
The driver of the mustang in the 2nd clip should have been found at fault. At the beginning of the clip you can see a sign that says no left turn so the Tahoe should have had the right of way.
Need to get a dash cam. Any suggestions on them?.
That left/straight intersection in Weatherford isn't well marked.
THATS THIS WEEKS TESLA BEHAVING BADLY
IIRC, it actually was when the video was first posted.
How can you have a dash cam and not remember an accident that you recorded and physically seen? You would have to be a little dense to not remember
