Good luck, Jackson! I love autumn with its colors, scents, fabrics, foods, beverages, holidays, the crispness in the air, even though I love baseball which I have to miss after October. Halloween through New Year's Day assuage that until the winter doldrums of January & February, when we begin the watch for Spring Training to begin. LOL.
Jared we could never work out....my pancakes have to be thick and flaky... Not doughy or dry but moist thick fluffy pancakes 🥞 are my fav.... I can make them different ways ...my favorite 2 things with pancakes are apples (sugar & cinnamon an a tad of honey... ...if they are in season.... Or other option blueberries...best way to use them is put them in your freezer and let them freeze...or you can make a pancake cake....you get a pan put your batter in and then put topping in that ..and let me tell you its the best...no mess ..trust me it will change your whole way of thinking in the morning...you can even prepare it at night......
Haha I find it so funny that you are going for thin pancakes. I am Dutch en when I make what we call American pancakes (our normal pancakes are what you would call crêpes) I try to get them as thick as possible!

We had practice 4 days a week for 3 weeks before our first game, and 1st/2nd grade is tackle where we live!
