girl !!!!! please can we talk about how impossible it is to take a shower with POTS? I feel so seen and heard rn cause there are days where I'm scared to get in the shower. if I don't take my meds I know I 100% will get lightheaded, very weak, nauseous, my heart will race, and probably faint and hurt myself. I thought it was only me I didn't know it was a thing! so thank you!
