I'm an alumni. I was a founding member of Phi Theta Kappa and The Teachers of Tomorrow. I also worked for a short time in Continuing Education.
As a senior alone trying to maintain a home on a fixed income, I would really appreciate more classes on home repair and maintenance. Also, more Art Classes. Why can't we use that wonderful ceramics studio for Continuing Ed classes for those not seeking more credits, but who are seeking creative outlets?

This podcast would be more engaging and useful to the residents in your situation if it were more visual. Video of the host and guests, as well as other supporting assets that bolster points and ideas.
