Thank you for sharing! I hope your hearing well.. I noticed your blog post recipe has 1/4 cup Shea butter and 2 tablespoons Shea butter. Is the 2 tablespoons suppose to be coca butter?

For a balm for yourself Kunzea oil is fabulous for pain although a little pricey it is worth its cost. Those braces are so uncomfortable I had to wear one after hurting my neck in a car accident so I hope you heal quickly and are able to take it off soon.

I actually just ordered some kunzea and a few others. I’ve been in this thing since December, so I’ve somewhat gotten used to it. Hopefully in June I can start to finally wean out of it. 🤞🏻
