The above supercomputer is the Tianhe - 3
The Tianhe-3 supercomputer will support various uses, including high-performance computing, AI big model training, and big data analysis. It is expected to boost the many-field service abilities of the National Supercomputing Guangzhou Centre, providing services to Guangzhou City and Guangdong Province.

China should not expose its actual advances in Computer Science instead separate what they show and what they have. West is jealous of Chinese Research and development. Let them progress at their own pace while shutting them out of exposure and achievement of Chinese technology.

China is leapfrogging Nvidia with photonic chips:
"Photonic computing is a technology that allows faster and low-energy processing of visual information. However, there are challenges in creating systems using this technology due to complex optical properties, power-hungry conversion of data, and sensitivity to errors. This is what prompted the Chinese scientists to develop ACCEL.
ACCEL is fast and capable of performing 4.6 quadrillion operations per second, in comparison to NVIDIA’s A100, which delivers 0.312 quadrillion operations per second of deep learning performance. It’s significantly faster and more energy efficient than the traditional computer processors, say the scientists." ( Interesting Engineering)

    The video indicates:
Supercomputing internet by 2025, in China.
If a Python 3 GUI webpage would operate via supercomputing...
...same as using AWS computing and ?

The "real dynamical communism" (if such a model exist) envisioned by some pure ideologues may will be now be realized by Russia and China thus giving the example to the rest. As key eg could be proved private initiative but with central natplanning in the axes of development from experts and also the social management of the national wealth, the imposition of development and respect in an almost ideal education and health system for all, with respect for the autonomy and improvement of the standard of living of the other ethnicities. This way we will be able to go out into space and gaze at the other stars.
I was particularly moved when I was informed by an American channel that China gave 23 loans to poor African countries (if it is true) for the construction of large public works when it found that those poor people could not despite their good will repay them! It is no accident therefore that 75% of the inhabitants of the southern hemisphere of our planet prefer the Chinese today to us "Western".
The failure of western capital liberalism on my opinion is due to the fact that control is in the hands of half-educated private individuals, in lobbies, in religious doctrines and controversies of decline with inhibiting fears and passions with the simultaneous abandonment of classical values. Thus in old times somehow the library of Alexandria was burned and the Academy of Plato in Athens was closed and thousands of works of art of inestimable value were destroyed. Thus the ancient lovers of great values are today gradually being replaced everywhere by careerists and hypocrites. How bad is that?

The first step to successful investment is figuring your goals and risk tolerance either on your own or with the help of a financial professional but it's very advisable you make use of professional.

I don't really blame people who panic. Lack of information can be a big hurdle. I've been making more than $21k passively by just investing through an advisor, and I don't have to do much work. Inflation or no inflation, my finances remain secure. So I really don't blame people who panic.

China has supercomputers too? I thought just 40 years ago, the Chinese were still using the abacus in calculation. 😂😂😂😂😂.

There is nothing particularly innovative or advanced in anything described in this video.
There are networks of supercomputing everywhere across the West. If China is excluded from these networks, it's natural for China to build its own.
And I don't think too many analysts are losing much sleep over China's supercomputing capability. The new architecture described in this video is highly public and being researched by many leading chip manufacturers.
The sanctions in chip technology transfer to China is effective. It won't stop China from achieving things in supercomputing, but would require much higher cost, overcoming more design obstacles and much higher power consumption.
It's very unlikely but certainly possible for China to develop super chips in secrecy and there is no evidence yet that if China has developed such a chip that would enable some prestigious medical achievement, some advanced AGI or anything else.
