Would love to see another 'does it work in my city' video. Seeing how you integrate these sets, is the your super unique perspective you have when it comes to new sets!
I totally agree!! Seeing a set by itself makes the proportions hard to visualize. Seeing it with other similar structures makes a purchasing decision easier. This is an easy one. Definitely going to buy this one!!
Of course they release this fuckin' set now, after I bought 3 of the previous botanical gardens to build a large one! SMGDH! It is an awesome set, though!
You can always have two botanical gardens in your city.... I'm kidding I know what you mean, I'm on the same boat as you - someone else mentioned using this set to create a greenhouse for their Hogwarts and I think is a great alternative
for some reason, that backside really is the part that captivates me. It is so perfectly developed, it is a slight bit deserted, it looks so beautiful and large and expansive.
Hi Bricksie. Thanks for sharing this new set with us. I love it. It has so many beautiful elements in it for a City setting. It will be interesting to see how it fits into your city.
Yo dude! Great video and good questions for Chris! I love all the interior details and the breathing room on the baseplate… this is going to be really cool in your city🙌🏽
I fear this is yet another one I have to have for my city, even though I am one of those who built one botanical garden using three of the Friends sets.
I think a good way to make this set work best in a Lego city is to make it the center of a bigger park area with even more plants and flowers. Have a black bar fence along the edge and add the sidewalk maybe
It is an amazing set, but way too expensive. I would love if they did the fan designer sets as they were submitted. They could cut the costs for the redesigning and for creating new parts that way and sell it for less. I get that Lego wants to make sure everything meets their standards and all, but still. Lego does not always have the best solutions for everything, I feel. What some MOC builders come up with is often way better in my opinion. Lego seems to try to cut costs by having a lesser amount of pieces, but way too many sets still end up being crazy expensive. I love Lego, and I get that costs in general have gone up, wages have to be paid etc., but I´m disappointed by the prices nowadays and feel a bit betrayed sometimes.
It's certainly a beautiful set and while it isn't suitable for a Modular style Lego city, there are some Lego city or town layouts it can be great in. The style and overall aesthetic is reminiscent of the crystal palaces of the 18th and 19th century that showcased some of the most exotic flora from all corners of the French and British empires, especially from the tropical regions of the empires.
Great set, definitely considering as a day one - I think it would be great to double up the base plates with 32x32 or 16x32 in front and add some outdoor gardens / park to it, this would also mean you could modularise it with a street footpath. I’d also consider doing similar with gardens set between it and the Museum modular in a European style tourist/public amenities area.
I feel a bit conflicted about this set because I went and bought the friends botanical garden last year I think. And this is basically the same but sized up a lot. It's beautiful and realistic. But the size is the problem if I were to fit this in my Lego city. I think I'd be better off getting another one of the friends sets and build my own smaller version.
That's a nice set and will look good in your city. I can see you wanting to use the roof elements in your custom builds and even making a bigger customised garden.
Well kinda as this is biger an more so a adults version .this could probly be built. Yousing X3 of the frends one. I got one for $50 .so $150. Just minus the mini fig s an printed plate s
Love this! I use MILS Plate for my LEGO models. I think I’m going to add a couple 16X32 plates on the back and create a 48 X 64 base. (I’ll make sure the MILS plates are solidly connected with some long bricks) That way, I get a sidewalk on the front and a little extra green space on the back. If I had the room, I would place this in a park with green space all around! I would elevate the model to have contoured green space and perhaps a creek! (Who am I kidding! I’m not Bricksie!)
Even that set looks like it could be bigger like using 2 sets. The Friends one I bought 4 LOL. That dude you interviewed looks like Boyde Coddington (Garbage hot rod builder).
Oh my, I had been telling myself it is too big for my Lego village and too expensive (Aus $) and I should buy two of the friends sets as I have been watching Bricksie everyday for two years and must have learnt enough to put them together but...... it's just so nice. All those beautiful plants. What a dilemma I have now.
I'm pretty surprised this is coming out the same day as the X-Mansion and both have GWP. If there's a modular coming Dec 1st too then that's a lot of buildings in the span of a month!
Its so beautiful but I feel like its a few PAB boxes (mostly small plant elements and 1x1s or other small plate and brick) It's far to expensive, should have had less minifigures abd made it more accessible to more customers. It would be interesting to see someone pack this into PAB boxes to see how many it fits into.
I am a huge marvel fan and was looking forward to the x-mansion set.but now I am more blown away from this set and I am genuinely considering getting this set instead, cause it would fit better in my city. X-mansion is a huge letdown, it being too small and expensive.
Bricksie, will you place this behind the Boutique Hotel? I plan to make a more blocky four baseplate Hotel, so this one, being it, would actually, work quite well, as the garden of the place.
Jordan you should interview all the People that Build Lego Sets for Lego bro 😊👍🏼👍🏼, and have them show use how they Really build it ect 😊👍🏼👍🏼, your really good at that Jordan bro 😊👍🏼👍🏼. Keep Up the Good Job Jordan bro 😊👍🏼👍🏼. Your Friend: Justin Balaban & Balaban 😊👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼.
Lego really can't stop ruining good Ideas sets, eh? The original submission had the large plants as a standout, filling the interior and stretching all the way to the roof. Lego delivers small houseplants. Thanks, but it seems like Mould King seems to be the better design at half the price.
$330 $400 probly in Australia ..I can just get x2.or time x3 of the. Frend s botanic garden set an you s the parts. . To build this for $100 $150...minus the mini fig an stickers .😊
The pricing is awful. Rivendel (i know, many small pieces, but the same happens with the garden)... half the pieces and the same price, and making a set like lord of the rings is cheap. And it costs the same (its always on sale... i rarely see that set at ful price)
Wait so is this the modular building for this year??? Or is this just an ideas set and there also releasing a more modular style building in the near future ?
Nice set but way too expensive for the common people shame on you lego why so expensive ? it is just plastic ! And using stickers in expensive sets WHAT A JOKE

this is how big the x mansion should have been
Though the X Mansion had the constraints of being a Modular-esque set.
I like how they did the floor pattern in the building. I never thought about how many different types of plant like you can build with Lego.
Same (but only bought 2)
for some reason, that backside really is the part that captivates me. It is so perfectly developed, it is a slight bit deserted, it looks so beautiful and large and expansive.
Love all the new flower moulds and the clover too
Wow. Very nice. Makes the X Mansion look like a small house.
Bricksie, you’re an hour early. I’m not on break yet. Lol
Facade of this set presents so nicely. Its so grown up.
Hi Bricksie.
Thanks for sharing this new set with us. I love it. It has so many beautiful elements in it for a City setting. It will be interesting to see how it fits into your city.
It would be great combined with the Natural History Museum.

botanical garden amazing flowers thanks for showing us this 🍕
I think a good way to make this set work best in a Lego city is to make it the center of a bigger park area with even more plants and flowers. Have a black bar fence along the edge and add the sidewalk maybe
This looks incredible!!! & will display beautifully next to the X-Men mansion, or turn into a MOC hogwarts greenhouse! 🤩🥳🥰
Oh wow! Making it into a Hogwarts' greenhouse is a great idea. Thank you!
@@tedelimon7 you’re very welcome!! I was recently playing Hogwarts legacy, as soon as I saw this set, instantly thought “hogwarts greenhouse”! 🤩🥳
I wish there was more botanical stuff in this set. More focused on the plants and not all these mini figures and “little” stories
That is gorgeous! I need that thing.
It is an amazing set, but way too expensive. I would love if they did the fan designer sets as they were submitted. thats a good upgrade of the first botanical garden!!! 🔥
Such a stunning set! Too expensive for me to be able to buy, but very beautiful.
Another excellent ideas set. I will happily display in my collection and I think this once will look great with a light kit.
330$ is a bit wild when you realize that a lot of the pieces are 1x1 tiles for the flooring and plant pieces for the trees and flowers
Plus 12 whole Minifigures for some reason
Price per piece is kinda a crappy metric to use for determining the value of a Lego set.
Cool addition to any City ,but as always very expensive
Except that original version was a modular with holes on the sides
Really awesome set! So much detail and a lot of minifigures! 🎉 great video Bricksie!
This looks perfect for the lego city!!!
It's certainly a beautiful set and while it isn't suitable for a Modular style Lego city, there are some Lego city or town layouts it can be great in. That feels more like a 18+ Friends set with the colors being similar to the botanical garden in the Friends line.
Great set, definitely considering as a day one - I think it would be great to double up the base plates with 32x32 or 16x32 in front and add some outdoor gardens / park to it, this would also mean you could modularise it with a street footpath. If im gonna buy im def gonna modify so it fits more the modular buildings line. But still wonderful set!!😍
This model is gorgeous! I'm sure there's gonna be a lot of comparisons of this model to the X mansion
botanical set will go nice with the natural history museum 🍕
This is really pretty, but madly overpriced. < $200 would have been more fair, because of the rather small size of it.
That's a nice set and will look good in your city. I can see you wanting to use the roof elements in your custom builds and even making a bigger customised garden.
That’s gorgeous!
Really puts the friends set to shame😢
Well kinda as this is biger an more so a adults version .this could probly be built. Yousing X3 of the frends one. I got one for $50 .so $150. Just minus the mini fig s an printed plate s
I love this set! I can’t see anything I don’t like! I’ll be buying 3 (over the year lol) Great video Jordan 😀
Love this!
I use MILS Plate for my LEGO models. I think I’m going to add a couple 16X32 plates on the back and create a 48 X 64 base. (I’ll make sure the MILS plates are solidly connected with some long bricks)

(Who am I kidding! I’m not Bricksie!)
I said "oooooooooh" two times. Once for the staircase and one for the cookies under the counter.
Not worth it. I'd rather just get 2-3 Friends Botanical Garden sets and combine that
Looks awesome! Brilliant as always bricksie
Even that set looks like it could be bigger like using 2 sets. The Friends one I bought 4 LOL. That dude you interviewed looks like Boyde Coddington (Garbage hot rod builder).

It looks awesome but €330 for that is just laughable. You will be able to pick a brick it for half that price if you don’t care about the minifigs
I'm going to want this one!!!
Building this one for sure.
Love this set , if only the x- mansion was a bit bigger than this it wouldn’t look bad together
Looks great
I was wondering if it could be combined with the Friends set to make a massive botanical garden? I love both sets!
Wow this is beautiful. Tfs
I really like the look of the building and set. A bit expensive but I’ll buy it later in 2025
Its so beautiful but I feel like its a few PAB boxes (mostly small plant elements and 1x1s or other small plate and brick)
It's far to expensive, should have had less minifigures abd made it more accessible to more customers.
It would be interesting to see someone pack this into PAB boxes to see how many it fits into.
Showing sets should be on Bricksie talk , and Build the city on here , just saying 😊
I love it. Will buy it for sure, but I think I'll wait for a discount or some nice promotion.
I am a huge marvel fan and was looking forward to the x-mansion set.but now I am more blown away from this set and I am genuinely considering getting this set instead, cause it would fit better in my city.

Did the designers visit the US Botanical Garden in DC?

Picking this up day one, I love it
I love it!🤩🤩🤩
Fun fact, the dark red leaf piece is in the other friends botanical garden

Here we have some fun guy on mushrooms…🤪🤪🤪
$330 and still has stickers? Yeesh
I do not own any Lego, but this looks like a really nice kit.

The big reveal is a garden, what a troll.....Its a no from me
Nice, but it’s definitely going to need to be doubled in size … 😀
The pricing is awful. Rivendel (i know, many small pieces, but the same happens with the garden)... half the pieces and the same price, and making a set like lord of the rings is cheap. And it costs the same (its always on sale... i rarely see that set at ful price)
🤯
beautiful!!! it would be great to have it to make one of my videos
FINALLYYYYYYYYY
I would've bought the original design, but I'm gonna pass on this one.
I love your videoes
Wait so is this the modular building for this year??? Or is this just an ideas set and there also releasing a more modular style building in the near future ?
This set isn’t modular compatible, at least not with the base design. This is just an idea’s set, the modular is an apartment building
@@ClassicStudStudios where’d you see it’s an apartment building is there any leaks out yet?
@@henrymarks1072 one of the most reliable and consistently correct leakers mentioned it, blackclicker to be specific
It's rumoured to be some kind of apartment building (the next Modular). But nothing 100% as of yet
I’m in love. Thank you for this interview.
Friends set is better than this
Nice set but way too expensive for the common people shame on you lego why so expensive ? it is just plastic ! And using stickers in expensive sets WHAT A JOKE
LEGO is and always has been expensive.
So this isn’t part of the modular series? Thank god
You never have anything negative to say about the stuff that LEGO gives you....
Did you watch my recent x mansion video lol
