Despite how sad it is/was to hear Matt sick, I quite loved the interview. I mean world bless Matt Smith for being able to keep up a happy and joyful tone. I always try the same when I'm sick :)
The fact Matt Smith wanted the bow tie makes me extremely happy. As well as my love for him grew immensely because you know that catchphrase "Bow ties are cool" has to come from somewhere deep inside of him.
Props to the interviewer! You asked very intelligent questions that prove you're a fan of the show and put a lot of time and thought into conducting this. Every Doctor seems to get asked the same 5 questions but your remarks were very smart. Well done!
Matt Smith's Doctor, Alex Kingston's River Song, Karen Gillan's Amy Pond, Arthur Darville's Rory, and Steven Moffat's keep-us-all-guessing, all-the-time, writing style ... this is a winning formula par excellence!!! Doctor Who is regenerated, on another golden age, and aren't we the audience all terribly grateful for that! Plus the main cast are genuine ladies and gentlemen, talented and considered, and we the audience benefit from that, too! Isn't it great that Doctor Who is today so popular..
The bow tie and tweed jacket with braces were a brilliant idea, it gives the look of the smartest man in the universe and has become iconic, like Indiana Jones' fedora and leather jacket.
deadhoe - He shouldn't be talking, he should be resting his voice! Anyone whose had laryngitis will tell you to not talk too much! They should've waited to interview him! ( I can barely hear him talk!)😢

I agree with the interviewer, Tom Baker was one of the best Doctor's of our time as long as the show has been running! But Troughton...an interesting choice, as much as he was a cantankerous old man he did have is oddities and fixations. Especially that recorder...eh, I suppose he was at least less of an arrogant one than Colin Baker, even though he had one fairly good episode with the Daleks in Revelation of the Daleks. Anywho, Matt Smith is his own, and I respect his portrayal greatly. ^_^

Matt's laugh is honestly bliss. He's the cutest man on the planet.
I love how he's like: who wears a bow tie now???
and well, after we've seen Matt wear it, bow ties have become the coolest thing

The Interviewer asked some fairly unique questions considering that with Who interviews you tend to get the same questions all the time.
