Right on man! Just blew my belt to hell, actually got towed back to the garage.. Had i know it was this easy i would have changed it in the field. Since this isn’t a brp 850 i havent had any need to change the belt on my 2015 M8000 for the two years i have owned it. Good video man. Thumbs up!
Great info, just the other day I was thinking that I should get a nice tool set together and was wondering how in the hell to change the belt, all my other sleds had a screw-in tool that expands the secondary. Thanks for sharing..... now to find that damned elusive 10mm socket (AGAIN)!
My belt blew right after I took it out for its 1st rip from being serviced.... I didn't have a tool kit. You can walk the belt on. Just use your muscles.
