Sir Are flat foot rejected in SSB even if we have no problem or pain in doing physical activity. I have a 1st degree flat foot. Pls 🙏 reply sir it's my carrier
Yes but that can be fixed. We have solution for it follow. Focus on recommendation. Physical u can work later

flat foot = rejection. you can appeal for a re-medical test but the chances are very less

Wow such type of candidates slected in defence what a future os defence, i doubt about defence he is suitable for Army only , there no innovation only transfer all the load to JCO and enjoy the life . Finally i got fair idea about defence officer

If you are judging an army personnel by their ability to converse in English is where you find it difficult to understand the recruitment process. While I am not myself well versed in it I will leave it to the expert.
But be rest assured that the because of officers like him and many other, including the soldiers is why people like us literally sleep peacefully.
Because in a battlefield or during a crisis it's not the ability to speak in English which matters but rather the courage and bravery of them to lead their Men with a greater sense of responsibility and duty the gravity of which lies with the life of many.
It is not about his English. See he is from odiya medium and his hardwork towards to improve English language is very appreciated. And another one more thing is that SSB not only judge your English communication instead judges your personality and your approach in difficult situations. Don't underestimate the Indian Army. All types of qualities are required to get selected not only English.
See his background and how he has grown. It is not the materialistic thing fauj is looking for, but the ability to rise from shortcomings and striving for more. Correct mindset matters, English French can be learnt in the way easily.
Respect the hard work respect the Nation don't judge him . 🙏
