  • The beef chopped by cubes is stewed until cooked with onions and herbs, and only then it connects to the tomatoes and stews again for some time. Do not try to put tomatoes earlier: thereby you increase the duration of cooking.
    INGREDIENTS
    Beef 1 kg
    Onions 250 g
    Tomatoes 350 g
    Garlic 2 cloves
    Bay leaf 2 pieces
    Kisinza 1 beam
    Basil 1 beam
    Qunels ½ teaspoons
    Ground coriander ½ teaspoons
    Saffron ½ teaspoons
    Salt to taste
    Ground red pepper to taste
    Preparation instructions
    1. Cut the meat in small cubes.
    2. Lock and grease onion, garlic and greens.
    3. Cut the tomatoes in half (across), squeeze the liquid, chop finely.
    4. Put meat and onions in a pan. Add 0.5 cups of water. Stew until the meat becomes soft. Pour hot water a little.
    5. Add tomatoes to almost finished meat, continue to extinguish until cooked. Add herbs, garlic, spices, salt, pepper. Let it boil for another 10 minutes. Remove from heat, cover with a lid, let it brew for 10-15 minutes.
