I had no idea who Qudans was before this and WOW he won me over! When he was crying at the end I felt so fucking happy for him, he must be so proud of himself! Awww
Qudans is a legendary Mishima player who's been playing for a loooooong time. He had to stop playing during the T6 era because he injured his wrists and because of his mandatory military service. He came back in TTT2 and has regained his position as the best DVJ player in the world in T7. This man has had quite a journey.
Gotta give some credit to the director of the show bcuz its like watching a super bowl with all of the camera views and stat charts and synchronization, crew is on point.
Oh my...the whole tournament was clutch, but, the last match was a real blast! Also, Aris and Markman are a must at the commentator spot, they're super fun to listen to and at least they get hyped and loud when things get tight, which is priceless.

Some people get overwhelmed in tournaments, I cannot speak for them, i just think that is a metter of experience at the commentator spot in cases like this. Canada Cup 2017 got four commentators for the finals, and it was well organized!

I bought this game after playing nrs games idk anything about this game or street fighter or anything like that but I love this game just because it’s so damn hype lol
you guys know at 12:23, where Qudans missed the 1+4 input after the hellsweep, i know EXACTLY why that happened, its because he's using a razer panthera, but it applies to any other PS4 sticks, like 2/10 times, when you press 1+4 or any inputs that require multiple button inputs, maybe 10-20% of the time, only ONE button would come out, I've seen that error coming out before in Qudans matches, he did a forward dash 1+4, but instead, a F+4 came out, don't you guys notice that when playing on your PS4 sticks such as the RAP4, TE2, TE2+, or any other PS4 sticks? to avoid this, go back to using your PS3 sticks like the mad catz te1, it'll NEVER EVER give you that problem, ive used my TE2+ before but because of the stupid double button input errors, i went back to TE1, and it never gave me trouble after that.
its true, try this, press 1+2+3+4, repeatedly, but don't buffer, press ALL 4 with 4 fingers, one finger press one button each, repeatedly try that, if your character does anything BUT the ki charge, then its the problem with the stick and how it works on T7, I never have that issue on my mad catz ps3 sticks, but when on the mad catz te2+ or razer panthera, RAP4, it all had the problem, so i no longer even use PS4 sticks even though i customized my TE2+ to my exact usual set up, its a shame.

Man I fell in love with Qudans from the first time he appeared in the Taiwan Tekken 7 tournament and beat JDCR twice and Noroma too. And now he does it again beating JDCR two times and Saint too. And he is rocking my fav character Devil Jin (technically Jin) a mishima that is so hard to play (advanced level) and shows the true skill of the player. JDCR when he is playing Heihachi (not Dragunov) is the one I respect as playing a mishima shows your true skill and I believe that is what sets him apart from Saint and Noroma who play cheap long arms confusing low risk lows character Jack. That retarded character is what pulls these guys back whereas mishimas have the true tekken playstyle where you bet everything in every move to win. Qudans with the hell sweeps really bets it all and if blocked you will get a lauch instead of the low risk spam lows Dragunov and Jack do. Qudans the true legend god of tekken!

How do I get into these types of tournaments? I have ran into these guys online many times and have won 90% of the time but I never knew about these big tournaments. I could easily win one of these. Are these guys considered "pros" also? Because that would mean i was to if I have beaten them with my Steve.
