Late 80,s ang Ganda Dian at maluwag pa non ang mga daan ,now masikip na! Madalas kami Dian sa my Capt, Greg kon alam un restaurant Dian😊Tsaka now ginagawa na un Dian sa beach dati wala yan . Dati puro bamboos resort at now Hindi na puro Otel…
First hit Sabang in 1986, last there in 2017(? - the memory grows dim). In '86 Sabang was an oasis of relaxed sanity in an otherwise frantic "holiday" during which I was drugged and robbed and spent half the time crook with the flu.. Decided to return - took up diving - and whoring - and became a repeat visitor to 2017 till the years and health betrayed me. Watched Sabang grow, watch the magnificent corals, clams, fish the you could see snorkelling right of the beach fade and disappear,. Watched Sabang become easier and the travellers replaced by tourists. Watched sabang become more expensive and less attractive. Would like to go back, and may yet do so, to see old haunts (if any survive), catch up with old friends (some survive (I think)), do a few last dives (if any of the shops will take me), mayhap even hire a girl or two ... BUT ...looking at the appalling changes wrought on the place in the last 6 years as shewn in this movie, wonder if I am better to retreat into my memories and stay at home ....
At last they have improved the seafront which was dangerous to navigate late at night, full of hazzards you could fall and break your neck on. The alleyways of clubs haven't changed much, still plenty to keep you entertained and interested. I dare say sometime in the future a big corporation will move in and flatten the lot to build something more fitting a 21st century diving resort, for the best but in some ways a bit sad.

Dramatic changes since I was there 32years ago, almost unbelievable!
I bet pal. I was first there in April 2009, then returned in June 2023 and was shocked by the changes. So your dismay must be tenfold.

A lot has changed in the last 3 years development and progress ??same as city

Nightlife? Which Nightlife......?
What is the best place to visit in Mindoro???
Looks very different to when i was last there in 1990 . Don't like the new concrete wall along the sea front !
are there brothels the locals go to ? i gues many chinese moving in due to their economy hardship
From what I hear it's mostly Koreans moving in against the wishes of those Filipinos who prefer Westerners, many of which have relocated.
We ve visit here not nice !!!! No place to swim. Lots of bar they dont have a good resto!! Here just good for the guys 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣seatching à nightlife
