Is this the best tactical flashlight we have seen from Klarus so far??? I think it has got a lot going for it from its easy to use interface that works seamlessly changing modes to one touch strobe. With the updated output of 4400 lumens coming out of a CREE XHP 70.2 LED chip it still manages to keep a nice hot spot despite having an orange peel reflector.
But don't just think this torch is tactical and that's it! With the added bonus of the front switch and USB-C fast charging with integrated power bank functions this makes for a well rounded general purpose flashlight. From around the home to camping/hiking trips this would be a great addition to your pack.
Holster, Pocket Clip or lanyard you can carry this torch anyway you like. It will light up everything around you with the touch of a button not to mention getting you some distance to see down the track.

Do the tail buttons line up with the head button?
Paddle should be at bottom of tail cap when torch held level with head button on top of torch.
You talked me into it. Just ordered one of these as my main EDC. Also have a Klarus G15 which is great but it doesn’t have the button on the end which is important for a tactical light and the XT21X doesn’t over heat and stage down as much as the G15. If someone is attacking me I don’t want to fumble for a side switch. The G15 will be my backup now and the xt21x Pro will be my primary.

did you try to switch to outdoor mode? there are reports of the light turning on low on both switches (main and mode switches). hope you clarify this issue since there is not much videos on this particular flashlight.
I went to the Acebeam L35 tactical flashlight 5000 Lumens. Bought two of them. One for my father & me. Brighter than my OLIGHT SR96 intimidator and its my favorite 😢
Better than Fenix tk16 v2.0?
Been EDC-ing a Klarus XT11GT 2,000 lumen flashlight in my left pocket for about 5 years (to my best memory). The only issues I've had with it are accidental activation via the side switch button. I should really look up how to disable that side switch come to think of it. Other than that, the light works great to this day. I have an optional stainless steel strike bezel on the end of it. Been thinking about upgrading to the XT21X Pro for the increased 4400 lumen output and the USB-C port.
What's your thoughts on Klarus vs Olight in overall reliability and just your thoughts in general?
@@MemphisMojo15s olight has been around a bit longer I think, but I’ve never had an issue with my Klarus light. They seem to be both quality flashlight makers. I’ve had some Olights in the past, also with no problems. So basically I think they are both good.

The OG is better...they messed up on OUTDOOR MODE..the main switch doesnt go to Turbo like its supposed to...i need to return my Pro.
Darn. I started with acebeam and came over to klarus. Nite core might be next. It's the lumens for me for my work. I still don't know which is the best klarus surprised me because I loved my acebeam.

Try tightening the tailcap a little more. Had the same problem.
i don't know, i seem to only care about the LEP laser flashlights now. everything else seems boring now. one company has a LEP flashlight with 8 led's on the outside so know you can get laser throw with led flood. i'm just waiting for more powerful laser flashlights with more than 500lumens and 2M candela. let's double or triple that output!

Klarus generally runs it’s lights from high to low, you are telling us this is from low to high. I don’t like getting blinded by higher outputs first, especially if I only need a low power to start with. If this is higher power first, you should state that fact, because if that’s the case most people will unlikely want it. Or is that why you’re hiding the fact?
in outdoor mode the light does start in moonlight mode (when turned on with the secondary tail cap switch) and it changes modes from lowest to highest.
In tactical mode you press and hold the side switch for 3 seconds to start in moonlight mode.

i have a Klarus XT11 since 2012. judging by my 10 year everyday experience with it, i am almost sure this doesnt sound sponsored at all. Klarus is simply making amazing flashlights
