Striped Bass Fish Tacos.

Fish tacos are a great way to enjoy your catch. Here is what you will need to prepare a feast.
1 lb of filets (striped bass or other white fish)
Flour mix
-1/4 cup all purpose flour
-1/4 cup Pride of the west seasoned flour
-1/2 TBSP of garlic powder
-1/2 TBSP of Seasoned Salt (Johnny’s)
Egg wash
-2 eggs
-1/4 cup of milk
Breading
-Italian seasoned bread crumbs
Spicy Pickled Red Onions 🧅
-1 medium red onion
-2 clove garlic
-1 Serrano pepper
-1/2 lime(juice)
-1/2 TBSP salt
-1 tsp sugar
-Apple cider vinegar
Slaw
-1/2 cabbage thin sliced (red/green)
-1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
-2 green onions, chopped
-1 shredded carrot
-1/2 lime (juice)
-1/4 cup of Mexican Crema
-2 TBSP pickled jalapeño juice
-Salt to taste, approximately 1/2 TBSP
CORN Tortillas!!!!
Toast on pan surface

Very good! His information about the red meat and eliminating it as you do with Sturgeon religiously was excellent ! I do that with ALL FISH and the flavor is clean and never fishy ! He needs to heat the tortillas I like them lightly browned also!
