This is the truth. We are responsible for our mental health no matter what. I personally had a lot of meltdowns in recent times balancing so many things at once. Sailing through everything is not simple and most of the time we are not prepared for it. But the solution is self awareness and initial stages of the career are really about learning as much as you can. Finding your space in this world, it takes more effort and time. Deeply saddened by what has happened but we should learn to take care of ourselves or make the right choices for ourselves. End of the day, we cannot be entitled
