Wow what an incredible session. Marion you are soooooo natural, I LOVE that you are real and not formulaic - honestly this is instinctively the best way. I've seen so many videos but the way you coach is from the heart and really care - your manner is authentic. :)
Very useful. I have read the book but listening to Marion in the video was so easy to correlate the book contents. Gained good insight on who you are being as a coach and also how to really enjoy this journey as a coach with members.
Great info and my biggest takeaway is the explanation of coaching the person. When you said every question needs to be about the person and not the story makes perfect sense to me. And, the tell me more being a command and not being curious about the person. I will focus on the person and NOT the story.

Is this coaching program taught online ?? I am looking for a life coaching lifestyle program so I can help clients I already coach in fitness. So many coaching courses I am a little hesitant which one is right . But hearing this video and that lovely lady , I am pulled in .
