Your sense of style is a bazillion times more helpful to women compared to all these other people on UA-cam who are constantly doing hauls which is so wasteful and really gives the impression you should just have something for one season. I love your focus on the longevity of a wardrobe piece and how you can style it different ways to give it new life instead of us constantly throwing everything in a landfill reminding us the fashion industry is one of the worst polluters on this earth.
I loved this video Audrey, thank you for talking about the beauty that scarves add to an outfit. I’ve been wearing and collecting scarves for about 40 years, and they don’t wear out or go out of style once you know your colour palette. I have a full scarf wardrobe! And since I prefer simpler solid colours in my clothing wardrobe, I use scarves to add colour, texture, pattern and pizzazz! Plus they are my favourite travel souvenirs - easy to pack and a lovely reminder of my trips every time I wear them!
Sabina Savage has created the most gorgeous art...so beautiful...she has brought a completely new dimension to scarves and their design. You did Sabina and her scarf collection proud sweet girl...you are truly the ideal Ambassador for her....a class act in every way just like the collection...Big Hugs
I have one of these scarves because of you and i love it! The best tip i have is to choose a square scarf with no repeating pattern. Like a picture, not a pattern. When putting on the scarf like a triangle, there are 4 different scarves in one scarf.
scarves are such an underrated accessory! i'm very surprised you didn't show anything to do with hair - I think smaller scarves in particular can be so pretty tied into a headband or knotted into hair and left to hang loose. perfect for people like me who hate hats but may want a bit of colour!
I have always loved scarves but got out of wearing them as I got in my 30s because the prints I found seemed too juvenile. After watching your channel for the last year, I got Sabina’s Cunning Kitsune in Spring, and I am fully back in love again. Thanks for showing that grown up style can include a pared down palette, but still be joyful and quirky in the best way!
Well, Happy Birthday to me! I’ve been looking at these scarves for about two years now and you finally pushed me over the edge. I ordered the wool and silk ”The Pheasant Tree” in damson and gold. I’m so excited! One of my favorite ways to wear a silk scarf is to tie it like a man’s tie in a Windsor knot.
I inherited a few scarf tying manuals from my grandmother- she kept every single one whenever she bought a scarf- that rose bud is called a rosette and it's easy to tie if you have a picture to go along with it.
I too love scarves, particularly 90cm silk squares, and have been wearing them since my late teens when I worked in the scarf department of a London department store. Following your introduction I now have a beautiful Sabina Savage silk square. Many of my scarves are now 40 years old, never go out of fashion, and always add a chic element to an outfit, whether tonal or a pop of colour on a simple colour palette. My favourite way to wear a scarf is with a cotton shirt. Fold a 90cm square to a triangle, pop up the collar of the shirt, put the scarf over your shoulders triangle point of the scarf to the back and tie the front ends in a loose low knot at the front. Fold the shirt collar down to sit loosely in the folds of the scarf.
This is one of my favorite videos to date Audrey! I'm a big fan of scarves too. I started my own collection of silk scarves a few years ago. I love how they elevate a basic look. I've been adding a new scarf here and there to commemorate a milestone or celebration. Thank you for introducing me to Sabina Savage! I can't wait to add one from her collection to my collection!
I love scarves and have several. I often find them difficult to find in a single palette though. Most silk scarves are a mixture of palettes, making them trickier to wear with 'your season' colours. I love handbag scarves. I tend to stick to simpler designs rather than busier patterns.
Audrey thank you for the introduction to this line of scarves, I did not know existed. I also love wearing my scarves as a belt for my slacks, jeans or shorts! 🇨🇦
I'm using all of these! Practicing in the mirror while I watch and pause this video. I've always wanted to learn how to tie a scarf properly and always felt so lost! Thank you, Audrey.
Love scarves. They are always the perfect accent and accessory. They add style to the most casual days or a bit of colour to a monochromatic outfit. Thank you for these clever ideas. You can also make a scarf fan out at the ends by folding it in pleats before tying.
I was really hoping for a discount code. I love Sabina Savage scarves. Great video, I love her new line. The colours are exactly my thing, it makes it really hard to choose from.
Scarves dress up. Great presentation delivered in an elegant manner. My personal tip to Audrey's fans is that when it gets hot, I elegantly tie scarf round my handbag handles. 🤗❤️🌸
I started buying scarves from charity shops a couple of years ago, got some lovely silk ones for a couple of £'s. I've also had a few great finds, a Ted Baker scarf, a Calvin Klein one, a Benetton one and best of all a Christian Dior silk scarf!
Love Sabina Savage - this new range has the most versatile colours, they'll be good for any time of the year. I'm really feeling the dog scarf in terracotta especially
Really liked the green slacks you wore with the draped over the shoulder scarf. Were they thrifted or are they new? If new, would love to know where you got them. Thanks.
@@AudreyCoyne Thank you. Nothing wrong with tailoring. I’ll let everyone in on a little secret. If the elastic goes out of the waist on my pajamas I have the old elastic replaced, because there’s never anything wrong with the rest of the pajama.
Loved this video Audrey ! For myself I love to wear a silk scarf as a belt in the summer. Wether on a high waisted short or pants, jeans . Or just if I want to sinch a dress or a shirt . I always carry a couple in my bag. So I can also protect my head when it gets too sunny . Have a lovely day everyone ❤️
Thank you, Audrey, for these helpful scarf tips. Also, being new to your channel, I appreciate your soft and gentle voice and demeanor, yet your excitement and sincerity light up your face. You are a pleasure to listen to, as well as to watch!!
Wow I've never been this early! Excited to watch as always Audrey 😊 Since I'm early enough you might see this, I'd love it if you did a video on transforming impractical (but beautiful) outfits into practical ones for colder months. Maybe by either looking at summer outfits and turning them fall/winter, or just some pretty outfits you find on pinterest. I'm struggling with looking cute while not being freezing!
This was such an awesome take on scraves.. I ve always loved them..but felt so intimidated and overwhelmed by how to drape them..loved the bag idea..will begin there👌
Sabina Savage ....they are just beautiful Scarves, oh yes I could build a collection of them! The colours are so lovely! Just need to save a bit more....and drop a few hints for Christmas....I love Scarves in or out doors. Thanks for video, I’m gonna try your way to wear them...
What a lovely video, you explain everything so nicely. I'm a scarf lover and let me say that the pieces you show are gorgeous, in love with those color palettes! I usually don't leave the house without a scarf, I got used to wearing dupattas when I lived in India and haven't stop wearing scarfs since then. Thank you for sharing this, it's so nice to see differeent ways to wear them!
Hi Audrey, I came across your channel about a month ago and it really was a game changer for me. Your tips are really really useful, and your looks are timeless, which is something I personally enjoy. This is just what I was looking for: fashion that is not completely superficial. I just love this. This and your voice really calms me (which is good, as otherwise, I have to study a lot and am under a lot of stress because of it). Anyway, I just wanted to say thanks. And these scarves are just stunning, by the way 😍✨
Well, you know I’m a sucker for any scarf related info, especially Sabina’s work 😂 Beautiful video, and may I say the pink sweater, gold earrings and Sabina scarf combo is really, really pretty. As is the maroon sweater look 🥰🌸
I've always liked the way scarves looked but never really wore them myself - after that video I really want to try to incorporate them in my wardrobe :)
Love this video! I am a scarf addict. I have very short hair, and absolutely love wearing a thin scarf tied around my head, securing behind one ear, and allowing the ends to hang down across that same shoulder. I usually pair it with large earrings, and always receive compliments. (I especially enjoy wearing this style scarf with my nautical outfits. Think Navy And White w/ large gold hoop earrings.)
I have lots of scarfs but I have been looking for a smallish blue silk scarf for over a year, just have not seen the ONE . I wear heavy coats in winter but in and out of shopping centres,so this type is handy to put in a pocket or on when sitting in a coffee shop.
The rosebud was my favorite! I love this video because I have always wanted to incorporate scarves into my personal wardrobe but never really knew how.
Beautiful scarves! Thank you so much for introducing Sabina Savage. I have been browsing and thinking about what will work for me. In your opinion, what are the differences/pros and cons between wool/silk, cashmere, and silk/twill? I plan to add a large scarf and I would like it to be saturated in color, thin, and easy to drape, and also not too warm. Would love some more info on this. Thanks again, Audrey!
Thank you so much for such beautiful, stylish yet practical content!! Sabina savage scarves are a dream! Could you also do a video on how to style winter wool scarves/mufflers? The ones that are usually long and rectagular
Wonderful video 👏 I enjoyed learning how to fashion my scarves in a variety of ways. I loved the styling of your clothing choices with each scarf. Sabina Savage designs beautiful scarves, it was great to see this collection. Merci ❤
The outfits that you've pulled together with these scarves look gorgeous! I really like the ways you styled them, and the scarves themselves are also very nice. Pretty expensive, no doubt, but as an investment piece that one can have for years I think they would pay off.
Oh my goodness, do I love scarves!!! I always liked to say that because of my scarf “addiction” that I suffer from a condition called “Scarvy”. 😆 Wearing scarves is sometime I’ve been known for since I was a teenager. Doesn’t matter the season, I always have some kind of scarf of. One of my favorites was this long, lightweight silver yarn scarf that I worea lot during the warm months as a teen. I also crochet, and I’m a thrift queen, so my scarf collection is diverse & huge. LOL
Thank you for your inspiring videos, dear Audrey. I'm very happy to see this video is all about the scarves of Sabina Savage. Last year I purchased my very first Sabina Savage scarf.
Beautiful video as always Audrey and oh my word those scarves are fabulous! I had a look at the website and I love love love the hares gift. What stunning art, thank you for sharing this with us. Xxx
Favorite scarf experience - many years ago I worked at a rental car office. Every week a family of missionaries from the Philipines would rent a car to drive the state doing amazing good. I always made sure they had a clean, suitable car (which often meant I had to hide keys from the other agents). After many months they came in not to rent, but to let me know they were leaving the area and wanted to give me a token of thanks. I received a beautiful scarf, but at the time I was too young to appreciate it (and I was not aware of high fashion), so I tucked it away in a closet. Fast forward about 15 years and I found the scarf, still in its original box neatly packed away. The scarf is a hand painted original silk Hermes. Her scarves look beautiful on you, and i greatly appreciate this content just as the weather starts to turn cooler. Thanks Audrey!
So so good ✨💕 What an absolutely beautiful video. This collection is a dream. Just the other day I was thinking how can I make my burgundy coat look a bit more interesting. Why did I not think of a scarf?? Thank you Audrey for all you do ✨
What a beautiful collaboration. I love Sabina Savage designs, I have 2 of her scarves and 1 ribbon. I would love to see you style the ribbon scarves more, especially in your beautiful hair. Also love the green pants for fall, they look so lovely with the camel coat. Have you seen her designs on pillows? Gorgeous!
Perfect timing for a scarf video, and what a collection they are all gorgeous! I like scarves a lot. A friend has sent me several infinity scarves, any advice on how to wear them? Thank you :) I love your videos.
I love this video. This is so inspiring. I would like to start collecting scarves too. I hope you teach us a beginner's guide to collecting scarves (sizes, patterns, colors, etc) that can be versatile. Thank you so much ❤❤❤
I loved seeing all the new scarves and the styling! The Olive/Bay and the Neptunes Riches Marble/Granit was so very fabulous on you. I'm really loving Sabina Savage scarfs, but am having a hard time trying to find one that suits my colouring, I'm a very pale spring. If you have any suggestions Audrey, I would be so thankful! ❤️
Enjoyed your vlog on scarves. I have a Sabina Savage scarf and really enjoy it. Currently looking at 2-3 others....I was hoping you were going to offer a discount code to purchase a scarf from Sabina Savage.....maybe next time???
These are beautiful!!!! Thank you for sharing all of your ideas, it really does showcase the versatility and luxury you can create with a scarf. I also love the artwork, and the Latin theme (I studied it for 4 years, so I gave a soft spot for it 😉).
I found that when I was attending a lot of meetings, a scarf would add some warmth if the room was too cold. Now with working from home, I haven’t been using my beautiful scarves.
@Mary Gilly- I have zoom meetings or even zoom calls with my families and friends and I would quickly add a scarf for that instant refresher! You will find other reasons for wearing your beautiful scarves! Sometimes I would even drape one over my couch or chair to change the tone of the room! I don’t know where you live but with this colder weather upon us the scarves are keeping me warm in a fashionable way even when going to the grocery store !

You're killing it. Such great, true to you style. Love the updates.
Audrey's voice is the ONLY voice I can play while in the same room with my husband without him even noticing or telling me to put my headphones on! :D
I hope she makes a video soon showcasing her singing voice 😍

Favorite scarf experience - many years ago I worked at a rental car office. Every week a family of missionaries from the Philipines would rent a car to drive the state doing amazing good. I always made sure they had a clean, suitable car (which often meant I had to hide keys from the other agents). After many months they came in not to rent, but to let me know they were leaving the area and wanted to give me a token of thanks. I received a beautiful scarf, but at the time I was too young to appreciate it (and I was not aware of high fashion), so I tucked it away in a closet. Beautiful scarves from S. S., but too much for me to invest in.....is there a store in the US by any chance where you can actually see them? Thanks
A scarf takes an outfit from so-so to glam. It also draws the eye up, which is great for us pear shapes.

Love your style!
Hi Audrey, I'm pretty new to your channel but it is my favourite already. I'd love to use scarfs but I didn't know how so THANK YOU!
Audrey, the pink sweater looks sooooo good on you. I don't think I ever seen you wearing this color. I'm on my search to find something similar. :)
