@Janani V I dint mention anywhere in the video that i saved 30L. I have posted how to save money for initial payment of own house. Whatever the amount is 12% we need to make as initial payment, example if it is 50L then we need to pay 6L minimum and registration fee extra. So atleast you should have 8L ready cash to pay. This video also i have said the same sister. You can try to save 8 to 12L in 4 years and achieve your dream house sister.👍
