Another possible solution to the brace is to buy a Curt Trailer hitch, mounts on the other bolts that secure the bumper, and as a plus you can use the Hitch as a jacking point to raising the rear end. I also use the hitch to tow my tire trailer, a cheap 4 x 4 from harbor freight. Found the hitch on CL for $80, the IL stuff is really nice but more $$$
Yeah, there are other similar products out there, some cheaper and some way more expensive than mine (the Nielex brace comes to mind at $275 rev9autosport.com/nielex-rear-lower-torsion-brace.html). I don't always buy the best or priciest, but conversely, I also don't buy the cheapest. I usually go middle ground with most of my purchases, so this particular brace fit the bill for me. I really like it so far, and I also like the fact that it's hidden under the bumper / can't be seen. I do like that your hitch has a jack point, but I'm not so sure that I would like the look of a trailer hitch sticking out the back of my sports car. I'd have to see it before I made up my mind about it. You definitely have a good option for many people though Thanks for sharing, and thanks for taking the time to watch my silly videos.
Have you done Bushings for your Control Arms? Mine rides fine now but "jiggles" over bumps, wonder if I should try for new control arms (since ball joints boots are busted too) or go for the Dosukoi bar.
Aaron Li the difference is very subtle, but yes, you will feel it. It reminds me of a rear strut brace. Nothing crazy in the way it feels, but I do feel something - especially during turns. I will say this, don’t spend a lot on this. I’ve seen some that cost twice as much as mine, and that’s not worth it. Try to find a holiday sale or coupon. Good luck, and thanks for watching!
majority of the extra stiffness you felt most likely came from tightening up the factory sub frame brace which was loose prior. A small amount of stiffness increase came from the Japanese rear mount bumper section brace. my guess anyways but i cant say for sure.

I haven't done my bushings yet.
Need to make choice for my NB8c...2 solutions:
Dosukoi by Kenauto or DAVE fab...hard to choose.
Thank's for the review, help to find my way ;)
Hi, do you honestly think this brace does something? I'm thinking of getting one but most people seem skeptical about whether it works or not. Thanks
