- Today on TJsRC I've been hiding a big secret, I have had a new Axial Bomber 2.0 for months now but I haven't told you. I simply can't keep this Bomber to myself any longer so I have to share it with you. In this video ,after I introduce the new Axial bomber 2.0 RC, I set out to shred that Lake Michigan beach sand the best way I can. As you can see I have made a few modifications and upgrades but I will save those details for another video. For now feel free to speculate in the comment section what you think I've done to it so far. I'll give you one hint, that's not the stock brushed motor. Do leave a comment though even if you just say hi. It's always fun meeting new people through the comments who enjoy the same great hobby of off-road scale RC.

Thanks friend
Amazing dust bashing! 👏
Thanks my friend 😀
Nice rooster tails. Little blue dune buggy in the sand.
Yeah it was a blast. Can't wait to hit the sands this summer and throw some more roosters. 😀👍
awesome video my rc friend 😀🙃
THANKS 👍👍
Super ta vidéo!
Thank you. Glad you enjoyed it.
@@TJsRC je me suis acheté un Bonber 2.0. je vais l'avoir la semaine prochaine 🙂
Awesome my friend. They are a lot of fun, you will enjoy it.
Hey awesome beach bash!
Thanks friend 👍
@@TJsRC you're welcome
Nice 👍
Fern Solo Thanks 👍
Nice Video👍 I subscribed
Thanks 👍
Good thing they had a roll cage, that flip was gnarly, good run, nice truggy✌✌👊👊👍👍
James Swift Yeah, I hesitated with it being such a big drop. A little more speed and it would have stayed more level. The sand was quite soft though so both driver and navigator survived. 👍
Absolutely amazing run and killer slomos I have been into this Hobby since the mid 80s my first introduction into RC was the original grasshopper by my uncle who was big into the racing scene back then I think I was only 9 years old as all people do you kind of fall out of stuff when you were a child I have recently got back into it and if purchased an x-maxx a trx4 sport and a TRX 6
Sean P RC Excellent 👍 I got started as a teenager in the early 90's. My adventure in RC at the beginning was just me and my best friend who had a real hobby grade RC. After high school RC just fell to the wayside for a while until later in my adult life. 😁👍
Freaky cool! Whats the brand / model and size of these sand wheels? Id love to get such a setup on my ryft!
I got mine off Amazon but I can't find them on there anymore. Try here at Amainhobbies www.amainhobbies.com/panther-paddle-st-2.2-sand-dune-1-10-truck-tires-2-medium-paht470f/p-qtqkt2wayb2xactz?v=6967
The wheels I used are cheap plastic ones I had on hand. You should be able to use most any 2.2 wheel even the stock Ryft ones.
Youre quite the mad scientist! Nice rig, love the roosters into the camera man!
don anthony I had my camera on 4 ft selfie stick to facilitate better close up shots and I still got dirt in the face on few of these shots. 😂👍👍
Needs mamba x and HH puller pro 3500kv
Darrin Pennington Yes absolutely it should have more power. 🤪😂 This was just a little generic 3000kv brushless motor that I stuck in there (because I had it laying around) while I waited for my big block crate motor from HH. Its finally here I've just been to busy to play with the trucks lately and get anything filmed.
Awesome, mine is stock and it's a slug. I certainly expected much more from the redesign. I've shelved it for now. I've got a Capra that I've way over powered as a formula off-road buggy. It's on my channel
Darrin Pennington Yeah I don't know why they have such a slow motor in to start. This style vehicle needs some power to be fun.
Quel combo as tu installé dans ton bomber 2.0? Merci beaucoup Québec Canada 😉👌
It’s a Castle Creations Sidewinder 4 with a 4200kv brushless motor.
@@TJsRC merci beaucoup!!! Passe une excellente journée 🙂
Dude that was some nice 👍 bashing with the bomber 2.0
Souledout RC Thanks. It's definitely more of a scale basher than a scale crawler.
Where you been man? ;(
I've been doing a bunch of house remolding projects in my free time. I simply have not had the time to make videos with the trucks. Once the current project is done I should have time to get back to the fun of RC again. I have not abandoned the hobby it is just taking a back seat to more important things.
@@TJsRC That sucks man. Hope everything works out for you.
Looking for some help with an Axial truck I bought. I’m new to the whole crawler world, so please don’t judge lol. But I bought an Axial truck the other day from a guy who didn’t really give me any info on it but said it runs great an that it does. It came with a Spektrum DX4R pro radio. The prob I’m having is the rear end is super light and wants to endow a lot on downhill when the hill brake grabs. Unfortunately I have no idea what model axial it is and I’m wanting to figure it out so I know what to look for as far as buying brass for the rear axle. The axle seems pretty basic. Just looks like a straight axle set up and doesn’t seem to have anywhere to be able to mount brass parts to. Can anyone here help? I would be willing to send pics via email if anyone can help me figure out what I have.
Nick Lewis A couple suggestions for you. 1 try to find a local hobby shop. You could bring it in and they could probably help you figure it out in person or they might be able to point you towards some local crawler guys who could . 2 Check Facebook for local crawler groups in your area. There's a good chance there's one in your area. If you aren't on Facebook it would be worth getting an account just to get connected with some local guys to help you out. 3 Also on Facebook you can find groups dedicated to every brand and type of RC. Post some pics on the Axial racing Facebook page and someone there will help identify it. 4 you can find my UA-cam channel email on my about page and send me some pictures or look me up on Instagram and message me there. I'm not an Axial pro but I'll gladly try to help you figure it out. Lastly the drag brake might be adjustable depending on what ESC you have. 👍
TJsRC awesome I really appreciate all the info. I’ll definitely get your email and send you some pics.
TJsRC I’m not able to find your UA-cam email. The only thing I see is your Instagram email. Unfortunately I don’t have Instagram but I do have Fb
Nick Lewis I don't know why it doesn't show up but it's TJsRCchannel@Gmail
Nick Lewis Also for Facebook, if you have trouble finding a local crawler group. Try searching for a crawler group for your State, assuming you live in the US. There's a good chance someone in that group could help or point you towards a closer group.
