That 44:05 scream freaked me out. My bf and I have been binge watching these videos all day and this is moment had me in near tears. I looked at him to see if he heard and I had to replay it twice for him to hear. We both thought it sounded like Colby yelling and we’re shocked at the lack of reaction. However, it possible that Sam didn’t hear it at all in person and wasn’t listening close enough/brushed it off in editing.

Staring into a mirror in the dark is actually a common way to hallucinate because your brain is bored and can’t see. It fills in the gaps with what it thinks should be there, and is usually wrong. Especially when paired with power of suggestion, Sam could see things that aren’t there.

You all should go to Fort Monroe in Hampton, VA. There are haunted jail blocks all around the fort. It is widely known for the entire fort to be haunted although it is more residential now.

All sorts of hair has been used in the past, especially animal hair, but it was also common to use slave hair😐 it could also be previous owners/ residents of the house, not just slave hair was used in the past.
I heard that same exact scream at 44:05 when I was 10 or 11. I went on a tour with my grandma and my aunt. During the tour I heard that scream and I looked around to see if anyone else had heard it but no one seemed to have heard it except me. I even asked my aunt and grandma and they didn’t hear anything. I also took a picture in the courtyard and I’m pretty sure Chloe was in the picture but it’s gone now. That scream at 44:04 / 44:05 gave me chills, I think I´m not be able to fall asleep tonight! Every times Amanda feels something I freak out she`s so sensitive, hope Sam and Colby call her more times! Sometimes I´m glad I don´t feel the things I used to, but in another ways when i saw this type of experiences I miss it so much!

When Sam was looking into the mirror scrying and mentioned he saw a "sadder" and "drooped version of his face", that was said to be one of the symptoms of the Yellow Fever virus, if I am not mistaken. The same thing happened to Kate in that portrait of hers.

At one point, before the flashlights were responding..half of Sam's face was blurry & almost gone (due to the darkness)..
Reminded me specifically of what the tour guide did with the playing card on the portrait of Kate, the little girl who died young of yellow fever. Remember, one side of her face was normal & the other side showed her looking when she was suffering/dying from yellow fever. It showed on her face & (including) her arm.
I wonder if this is something Paranormal or did the artist do this as a "life & death" portrait? ?🖼🖌🔮

My boyfriend and I are staying at the myrtles tonight and are rewatching this video while here. The tour guide we had was actually working here when sam and colby came. She said she didn’t work the day of but came in the next day with another guide that was a 70 year old lady, she said the old lady guide she was with walked in and THREW UP EVERYWHERE and that they had to get the house blessed after sam and colby came lol. I guess they didn’t like that silly reenactment of winters death hahaha
Oh no. I'm still at this part of vid. 27:43 they may not film it but I really hope they close all the interactions like a ouija board. I really do hope so. It's not enough to just not allow them to follow at the end of everything. I really hope they end the communication properly to each room and if not, at least at the end, like good bye, thank you and you are not allowed to follow, possess or keep anyone, not just commanding to not follow. Imagine being invited to a party then suddenly the host of the party is done after the beat drops.

My husband and I stayed in the room that you said had a string perfume smell. Those bedrooms share a bath in the hall. Well it’s pretty creepy to get up in the middle of the night to walk out of your room , in the dark and go into the bathroom alone . I was always in a hurry to get out of that bathroom. Nothing happened with us but both of us didn’t sleep at all . We saw that cat too in that same spot.
