When i walk downstairs i can use my mobile data like normally but when i walk upstairs I can't use at all even though it has fukl bars I have full bars all but still not internet data

@@FunStuff-zc3ps I fixed it. Had to call my provider and they provided me with new APN information which fixed this issue.
My problem still remains, I've spoken to countless people including my internet provider and I still have this problem
