Hope this day finds you well , I'm in southern ontario, I keep having to sub, everytime I get one of your videos, it's all good, but I'm seriously thinking about purchasing a bolt action rifle this spring, n, I find your content awesome, I've always had a lever action rifle, 44 mag, or my long ranger in 243 win., so, I'm going to check out all makes before I drop a dime, lol, thanks for videos man, keep putting them up, stay safe, shakyjake out.

If the rifle that you buy is a Savage firearm, bore scope the barrel. I purchased a Savage 110 Tactical in 308W with a 20" barrel, I cleaned it up, and then I headed for the local range. I'm back home clean-up the bore, and now I bore scope the barrel, and it was a mess. It was like a tank went end-to-end down the bore, and yes, it was sent to Savage. They would not replace this mess. I replaced the barrel with a Criterion barrel 22" handlapped match grade.

@rudolphferdinand3634 how's it going eh!, that's pretty bad bout your savage tactical, whatta rip, I'm actually not leaning in savages corner, maybe they're great rifles, but not my style of rifle, the rifle I'll probably get will be a tikka of some type, I also prefer a wood stock, over plastic, so,I got my work cut out for me,lol, stay safe, shakyjake out.
