*By functional I mean you can comfortably swing or carry it **bestgym.equipment** around as one would expect of a kettlebell weight. By versatile I mean the protective coating does not prevent attaching magnetic micro-plates to increase the weight, so, for example, a 35 pound kettlebell can be increased by up to 5 pounds in weight or possibly a bit more by attaching magnetic micro-plates.*

As long as you aren't getting too sore from it, it's fine. If you want to build your butt quickly, you want to be really sore by the time you are done...To avoid this problem, do upper workouts when you are very sore so that you know your lower body will get a rest.

You can use dumbbells instead. The weight you use is entirely specific to your own personal strength levels; aim for a weight that makes it very difficult to complete the last few reps, without sacrificing form.

thank you for this video i have not been able to get to my local gym due to a bad foot injury and i am suffering withdrawals from the gym, i managed to get my hands on some kettlebells and did not know the correct way of using them thanks to this video i now do, unfortunately i cannot do some of the work out due to my injury, i now find these kettlebells a better work out than dumbbells you really do feel the burn so thanks again for posting this workout video it has made my day, week and month

Are you supposed to take a break in between exercises? Or is this in real time?

  • @jinxiao4237

darkness to run when you have a treadmill, or even something as simple and inexpensive as a jump rope to get in a little cardio.
    Things You'll Need
    Comfortable athletic shoes
Equipment to fit your fitness needs
    Water
Check the equipment for safety. Most home gym equipment has pulleys, cables, and resistance bands that can break down from continued use or exposure to extreme temperatures. Prior to starting your workout, check the equipment for signs of damage or malfunction.
Work one to three muscle groups per day. Depending on the equipment you have and your desired results, this step will vary. For strength training and muscle growth, plan on doing eight to 10 repetitions of each exercise for three to four sets using weights that range from 60 to 85 percent of the maximum weight you can lift. For muscle toning, increase the repetitions to anywhere from 10 to 100 and do four to five sets with a weight that is 40 to 60 percent of your maximum.
Use proper form for all exercises. Before you concern yourself with lifting heavy weights, focus on using proper form with lighter weights. Once you've mastered the form that will prevent injuries, you can increase the weight. The same goes for using a treadmill or stationary bicycle: get the form right before you focus on speed!
Utilize every aspect of your equipment. Most pieces are very versatile and allow you to adjust handles, benches, positions, resistance, and speed to target all the muscles in your body. When you use your home gym equipment for a variety of exercises, you'll be less likely to get bored with your routine.
Stay well hydrated regardless of the types of exercise you do. When you work out, you lose fluids and sodium as you sweat, so it's important to replenish the fluids lost so you can last longer in your workouts and give your body what it needs to function properly.

Hello!! i love your workouts and thanks for uploading them for free!! i been doing your workouts for last 8 days. one of my goals is to develop bigger butt , for that i do butt exercises 2 times a week but when in other days i want to do butt free exercises i.e. cardio, hiit or even ab exercises, ur workout videos have some squat or lunge or other butt engaging motion in it , leading me to do those even on non butt workout days ...this way can i get bigger shapely butt or i should skip those

I've been doing kettle bell work outs combined with light weight lifting for a week. I watched what I ate which I do to better care for my diabetes.
Despite everything I've done my weight went up to 224 from 221, but my body fat % went down from 29.5 to 28.5.
Am I doing something wrong or just continue my exercise routine?. I also do a lot of road biking on the hills around the Rose Bowl and a weekly 70 mile bike ride to the beach.

Good video. But the dude sucks at form with the chest press. His wrists are not locked properly straight. This is dangerous.
But the exercises are nice and effective.

Those kettlebells look uncomfortable on the forearms. Normal fixed weighted ones are round which is slightly easier. Just saying.
