Crève Neige seems to be a reference to Le Transperceneige (Snowpiercer), a french comic about a post-apocalyptic earth and a train named Le Transperceneige where the last humans lives. The comic also inspired the movie and the netflix show Snowpiercer. It is also possible that the name Crève Neige is a wordplay, considering that "créver" means to make a hole or to die in french.
hoppe the comic was better then the show/movies asthe bits i catched of those just made me roll my eyes at the predictable big media cheeklist and at times almost propaganda looking hamfsited ways to present things
Crève neige literally means piercer of snow. Kinda like Brise-glace means ice-breaker. Neige translating to snow, and Crève translating to pierceing. I don’t think that it’s a word play, however. Unless thay meant it as killer of snow, and even then it would have to be something like Créveur de Neige to really make sense.
I've yet to have a succesful game in Frostpunk, but recently got the game with all its DLC and am enjoying your videos. Can't wait to see you play the sequel.
Lovely video. I was never really into Frostpunk but your video kept me until the end! If it wasn’t for you jinxing the end, it would have been a perfect run 😂
Came to thank you for this video. I just completed Last Autumn with Perfect generator and "I'll be home before Christmass" thanks to following your strategy of searching more land with hunters. I didn't expect this to be such a huge game changer. I'm very happy)
Just started playing this dlc and it absolutely wrecked me. More than 5 painful attemps and I always fail. Came here to understand what I was doing wrong and optimize my build. Good stuff. Thanks for the content!
@Logistical wow. Now I have a perfect generator and no casualties. I even returned resources to ppl from Winterhome (lol). Apparently, my biggest mistakes were: not using prolonged shifts (to avoid disconnect), using too many scouts, and waiting for a logistic limit before requesting new ppl. Thank you for your stream!
Hey! If you ever play this again in future, something you need to know about the workplace safety, When the work day ends the fans stop to not waste coal, which puts the danger higher, so it kinda tricks you!
man you need sawmills in the beginning, and get your harbors collecting steel & fish straight away, you can collect more than enough wood from the trees surrounding and more than enough coal from burning your wood and the mines at the back. You need an unbelievable amount of steel for literally everything while building that generator. And food needs to be stocked up, because there's literally no other way to get it once the freeze happens.
Love your content. Made me fall in love with frost punk all over again. I do hope the next content patch is as good as I'm hoping for... Because this game has so much potential for scenarios!
Really happy to see new content 🙂I will be watching throughout my day today. Will you be going back to Good Company at any point? I still need to do those last levels myself.
Thanks for watching! I have a few more episodes of Good Company Gigafactory recorded, I just need to do voice over. However, I will be focusing on Frostpunk for now as the sequel will be out this year! If you need any help with those last levels though I have all campagin levels on my channel and th last level as a live stream
Hi buddy! Thanks for the videos 😊 I absolutely love frost punk and can't wait for frost punk 2 to come out 👌 just wanted to say great content keep up the good work 👏
I have somehow beaten this scenario on Normal first try (1 reload 'cause I got an accident in the construction site and didn't know that you had to have it SAFE, duh) and managed to get 9 days ahead of schedule. Perfected the generator and just waited for the last 5 or so days without anything to do. Almost ran out of food (41 rations remained in the end) Even though I never had freezing workplaces and starvation, 1 guy somehow died...
@@Logisticalvery nice, will try to become a vritual streamer just to become famous playing frosptunk w and a online entertainer since that’s what I am good at
I know it's been a few months but I have to say it. The workers are really crappy no matter how you slice it. You risk resources and falling behind on life saving generators to save them and even the efficiency of the generators. You give them the best you can with a bath house, comfortable quarters, hearty meals, short shifts, etc. And they have the sheer audacity to say it's not good enough and they want change. They really are thankless and they do realize if you got fired the next boss may end up replacing them with prisoners, or do executions to get them back to work. You're literally their best option for a boss
i can go as far as finishing all extra upgrades in easy mode, while not memorizing all expedition events. i guess if i can memorize all the events, i can do that on normal.
mhe , my concern is more will fp2 have the same obnoxious way to install the UI for scenario dlc's i dont own just to constantly try tempt me like a dam gambling casino like fp1 hade ? or will it like i heard the expansion for fp1 was , be poorly coded so potential expansions for it is half broken yet sold full price ? not to mention considering the trend of some idiotic studios , fp2 best have the endless more 'open world' mode and player control of save & loads in 'traditional way' since if it taken inspiration to change that it be a immediate no ...though , no having a steam punk golem workforce i say way more useful then people if for no other reason then the fact you never can improve the peoples winter cloths ,but the machines never feels cold

French here "Crever" is not really to make a hole, would be "trouer" but more like piercing something like a balloon that deflates afterward
SO THATS WHY THEYRE LINKED IN MY BRAIN 😮
Sawmills are far better in the beginning and the church should be turned sideways to maximize space and coverage.
noted, need to use saw mills next time to be fair
Would love a 3rd person game set in the frost punk universe. Where we play the role of a scout. How would we tackle the hard frozen Iceland
That would be epic!!
why go for 3rd person though when we can do better? Lets go for 1st! Even better immersion.

Thanks for watching! I normally jinx things, so I really need to think before I say anything in the future!
I used double shifts and hooooly is this OP, they building is done 24h a day and with the second law only with 1,5x the workers.
Yeah that sounds OP, I think this may be necessary for extreme difficulty 😂
I like the idea of the last autumn
Me too! Very cool

This is by far the most difficult scenario I think, so keep going you will get there!

Nice. It was entertaining. Perhaps not very optimized, but then again it wasn't a max-difficulty play. Good work.
Glad you enjoyed it! Yeah, definitely not optimal but I have gotten much better recently lol

Nice one! Very annoying on the one death though 😭 sometimes people will just die and there is nothing we can do about it!
Is there no way to upgrade the tents to houses?
I'm not actually sure lol
there is, but only for engineers if you choose engineer route
I finished this without sign the roundup or the servitude law but Miss the food in last 3 days before the ship come(i follow the engineer law)
nice one!
I'm pretty sure sustain life also allows for overcrowding...
Yeah it does, I never pick it so don’t know why I assumed it didn’t 😂
So, did going back and playing these scenarios again helped wirh frost punk 2?
no, it didn't LOL
Is last autumn a dlc or a prequel to frostpunk
It’s a DLC
Better then original!
